  7. Must first be Special Summoned with a "Level-Up-Magic" card by sending a "N. Number 61: Phil Hill, the Sharknose Driver" you control to the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned: You can send 2 "N. Number" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. Cannot be destroyed by card effects.

Number" monster in your Graveyard, except a "N. Number C" monster; Special Summon that target.

When this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle, or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can add 1 "Level-Up-Magic" card from your Deck to your hand.
