1. Wandering the outskirts of Hueco Mundo, Nnoitra was very much bored. He didn't feel like leaving the desert, however, and so continued to wander, Santa Teresa slung over his shoulder. Interestingly enough, he was picking up on many spiritual energies, most of which weren't near nor far. His Pesquisa had improved as the rest of him had, and so he could pinpoint most enemies without really trying. Now... Now THAT was interesting. It was most definitely a Hollow, and at that, a Vasto Lorde. How long had it been since he'd fought? Perhaps a month or so, but he was always itching for a fight of some kind, deep down. He dashed off in a flurry of Sonido's, approaching at quite an incredible speed, until he stood upon a plateau above a gathering of Hollows, including the one and only Lorde in that area. His spiritual presence was hidden, and so he crouched to remain out of sight, viewing his enemies for the time being. -c-
2. The Lorde in question was short and lanky, with a long, curling tail, a hole in its right pectoral, covered in orange fur save for its torso and mask, which was marked with blue and red layered stigma. Upon close inspection, by the shape of its body, this one was female... Interesting, Nnoitra thought. He knew not to underestimate feminine opponents anymore, despite his old self... She was accompanied by a baboon and a gorilla, and the trio was gathered around a fire. He got the sense that the two larger Adjuchas were meant to tank a majority of any oncoming attacks, and she was to eliminate the opponent when they were exhausted from fighting them. Standing up, Nnoitra grinned. It was time to have some FUN. "Oi, shit eaters!" he yelled from his perch, holding Santa Teresa above his head. The Lorde didn't bother looking up, but the baboon and gorilla looked up at the Arrancar with wide eyes beneath their masks. "...Is that all?! Come on!" -c-
3. With that, the baboon would leap into the air and at Nnoitra with a bestial, guttural roar, while the gorilla began beating on its chest, charging a red Cero. Grinning, the ex-Quinta would jump as well, and grasp the baboon by the face, throwing it in the way of the attack the gorilla fired off. Needless to say, the baboon was mostly obliterated, and dropped dead to the ground as Nnoitra's boots hit the sands. Surprised, the gorilla would roar as well, and push itself off the ground with massive fists raised high to bring them down onto the Arrancar - only to find itself sliced in two with a quick thrust of Santa Teresa at its midsection. "...That was too easy," he muttered, looking over to the chimp, who was now standing, and rather coldly stared at the desiccated cadavers of her allies. "Gonna say something before I kill you too?" Nnoitra asked, staring her down with that piano-toothed grin plastered on his face. -c-
4. She still said nothing, and instead unleashed the power she had been holding back. In a pillar of orange energy, the gravity seemed to double, and Nnoitra's face curled into an even more excited state. He laughed, and released his own power - something that exploded outward and created a massive crater in the desert, far dwarfing the Vasto Lorde's own. She almost seemed... scared, but prepared to face him head on. Both dashed forward, the gold meeting the flames in a flash of power, before it suddenly ended, rather anti-climatically. He had slashed open her mask, revealing the upper half of a feminine face with a small nose and puffy lips, paired with luminous violet eyes that were slowly losing their light. She lay face up on the ground, looking up to the ever crescent moon, and soon, to the ex-Espada who had rendered her into such a state. Nnoitra's frown was filled with teeth, and his single eye, with disappointment. -C-
5. "Is that all you had? Not even a Cero? ...This was pointless." Her breathing was heavy and deep, and she opened her mouth to beg for mercy, but would find his boot smashing her skull into pulp before a word could be uttered. It was over, and it didn't take long for Nnoitra to dispose of the body's, devouring them without another thought. Lifting Santa Teresa onto his shoulder, he began the short trip back to Los Noches, where he set foot in the throne room and stared at where Aizen once placed himself. "...Tch." Now he began simply walking, out the massive doors and into the corridors that led all over the massive fortress in the middle of Hueco Mundo... -END-
