Bangkorai – Kerbol’s Hollow – Grocer Korgha: Barley Mash, Cake Flour, Camaralet Grapes, Jus, Lard, Wheat Malt – 52g each

The grocer I found is in Davon’s Watch. She’s an Argonian called Black-Silk-Earth that is kneeling by some carts.
She does sell many of the items that are needed for provisioning. Not the meat or berries, but things like cooking fat, milled flour, broth etc.

He is an Argonian in Eastmarch, Windhelm named makes-no-soup. He is upstairs in the little merchant area near the bank.

Makes-No-Soup in Windhelm is a grocer, the cooking fire close to him has a bugged viewpoint where you can get a glimpse of the great void!

There was one in bleakrock isle, but I'm not sure what lvl items he sells

Sells things like Imperial Flour and stuff for vr5 recipes, its at Davon's Watch in Stonefalls (52, 62)

Found one in the Screaming Mermaid in Port Hunding. The grocer is an Orc named Lagarg.
