Valuable lessons I got from the japanese Conquest TAS

1. Optimal text mashing is much, much faster than the speed I currently mash at.
2. It might be faster to change options in the first turn of the first battle rather than on the world map.
3. On Ignis, placing puff and eevee 2-3 cells ahead of the current placement could save one turn - needs further testing.
4. On Fontaine, if you don't close the second gate yourself at turn 2, the AI does it for you.
5. After Fontaine there is enough money for 2 Power Wristbands that can be bought at that same castle. The TAS recruits one warrior exclusively for this. Might be useful for No Passwords% more than Any%.
6. The TAS gets Shinx at Violight and uses it till the end - could be the new norm for No Passwords%. Shinx evolves right after Terrera invades you at Pugilis.
7. The TAS does Pugilis last and manages to kill Gurdurr with Eevee, making Pugilis's Warlord recruitable. This is bombastic for No Passwords% and could be viable for Any%.
8. If you're going to drop a character after an invasion and won't use it during that fight, it is faster to not invade with that character at all.
9. Because of team differences, the TAS does Yaksha first, then Viperia.
10. Because of already having Luxio, the TAS makes Eevee evolve into Vaporeon. After Viperia it facerolls Cragspur with Vaporeon.
11. Because of using less Pokémons in the team during earlier fights, Darumaka gets more experience and evolves right after Cragspur (before Avia) during the run. This might make me cut off some unnecessary warriors during early game.
12. As I predicted on runs that used Luxio, the TAS stops it's evolution after each fight.
13. The TAS also does Valora before Spectra. Could get some neat positioning strats from it.
14. The TAS evolves Luxio to Luxray after Nixtorm - it's worth it for the last 2 fights.

The route used at the TAS can be viable on RTA with some tweaks. I have a feeling that it could be even faster than routes that uses Passwords.
