The survivor 2299 information

-The binary on top translates to "Fallout."
-There is an unused blood-splatter image in the elements.
-The song playing is possibly from one of the earlier Fallout games, but we're not sure(we only quickly skimmed the soundtracks.) UPDATE: The song is actually probably brand new.
-The IP is coming from somewhere in San Diego, which is about an hour from Irvine, where Obsidian Entertainment is located.
-The IP is 69.43.160.163, and is registered by "Castle Access" and is "Corporate type." This is different from last time, as originally the site was registered at godaddy.com and was coming from Portugal.
-The site links to r/Enclave, which is private and holds a cryptic message sending people to r/ProjectPurity, also private.
We haven't been able to dig up much else, but we're still working at getting anything out of it, so stay tuned, or help uncover whatever details you can.
