The youngest in her family, Phoebe was one of the more hyperactive of the three sisters. Being an obvious daughter of Charlie Avaline by facial complexion, as well as her deep blue eyes. Upon closer inspection, generally around the face, the girl's facial complexion looks a lot similar to Ella Avaline. The woman is mostly known for carrying around with her a book filled with notes of runic properties, and another book that were also self-notes. She mostly has either a vermillion colored goggles over her head, or a deep crimson red bow.

Having been more relatively, yet not composed over the years, she has grown to have a rather restless nature. This is mostly shown in battle as well, where she drastically charges into the fray, or when she starts to lose her cool at a moment's notice when being severely provoked over unspoken boundaries. The melancholy nature of the girl at times, can only be represented by the occult magic that she has used for the most part in her life. It shows a bit of a subtlety to her demeanor at most.

However, she does seem to be rather enticed by the desire of occult and runes. Anything within those two are things that take up her interests.

She is seen being around 5'4, and having a royal blue dress that sometimes drapes over her frame. Her hair being short, and her skin being at a normal pale, but healthy coloring. Her left arm from her shoulder down to the wrist has bandages and gauze wrapped around it, covering the gashes and other injuries she had received not too long ago. By now, they should probably be scars on the flesh and nothing more.
