  12. 1: Basically snippets of "lore" from pop-culture. Basically none to one encounter.
  13. 2: Either highly specialized in their one area of expertise or know about the existence and general outlines of the Secret World.
  14. 3: Specialized in multiple areas, virtuosos in one area, and lots of knowledge about occult stuff. May be some deficiencies.

  19. 1: None. Either not interested in politics or not large enough to influence politics in any way.
