  1. >The night is young, the clubs are just opening, and so are the bars.
  2. >You're outside the bar just as it opens, causing the barkeep to give you a strange look.
  3. >You give him no mind and head for your usual stool.
  4. >Since arriving here, the only thing you do is drink.
  5. >You've some how managed to make friends, but they try to get you to stop drinking.
  6. >That causes you some problems.
  7. >Then they stop being your friends...
  8. >Except one.
  9. >An hour flies by and a patron decides to sit next to you.
  10. >You glance over only to see Cheerilee.
  11. >You give her a small nod, but she rolls her eyes in response and chooses to ignore you.
  12. >The first pony you ran into in this town.
  13. >Your first friend and job... until you came in piss faced drunk to work once.
  14. >A small chuckle leaves your lips as you remember stumbling into work with your pants on your heard and your dick waving around.
  15. >Half an hour passes and Cheerilee leaves.
  16. >You're well into your twelve beer before someone decides to turn on the Karaoke machine.
  17. >With out even turning you can already tell it's Pinkie.
  18. >She comes here often. More than you like.
  19. >You turn away from your drink as you watch her performance.
  20. >She points at you and says something that you don't care processing, then starts singing.
  21. >It's the usual upbeat song, has the Pinkie feeling to it.
  22. >You enjoy he songs for the most part, but this one, there's something about it...
  23. >Then it dawns on you.
  24. >This one is to try and compel Anon over there to stop drinking!
  25. >The words you didn't care to listen to.
  26. >A scowl forms on your face as her song comes to a close.
  27. >She starts to bounce over to you, but you quickly knock back the drink you had and get up to the machine, shoving her out of the way.
  28. >Already knowing the machine wont have the song in it, you walk up to the band and tell them what to play and how to play it.
  29. >Stepping up to the mic, the entire bar was watching you, this being your second time on mic.
  30. >The first leaving them utterly speechless.
  31. >You don't know if it was because you were bad or because they didn't know what you were singing.
  32. >All you know is that you want to do this to spite Pinkie a bit.
  33. >You nod at the pianist, he nods back , queuing the band to start in.

  35. >The first lines get the bar looking around, confused, and you just sway on stage trying to not fall over.
  36. >A few more lines pass and you've started to steady up and the crowd has started to get into the song.
  37. >You step off the stage, still singing and walk around as far as the cable would allow.
  38. >Taking a drink off a near by table, you gulp it down and throw a few bits to whoever was there, then stumble back on to stage.
  39. >This stint went well with the bar it seems, as they starting to get into the groove of the song, pounding their hooves against the ground, drinking and singing along merrily.
  40. >Even Pinkie is getting into the groove of it
  41. "I'm drunk, I'm happy, I'm singing and loud, Two o'clock in the arvo, but hey that's allowed... I'm having a good time and of that I am proud!"
  42. >As soon as those words leave you lips and you tell the band to stop. the bar goes silent.
  43. >The party had stopped and all eyes are on you.
  44. >You slink on back to your stool to find it occupied by a familiar mare.
  45. "Punch, you know that's my stool, can ya move please?"
  46. >She turns and looks to you before smiling and jumping onto you.
  47. >You're barrely able to keep standing as is and her jumping on you is making that much harder.
  48. >Turning, you land in your stool with perfect aim.
  49. >As usual, Punch is as drunk, if not more, than you.
  50. >She pecks you on the cheek and nuzzles into you.
  51. >"Why don't you sing more often? You have a way of making the girls go wild with your voice..."
  52. >You turn and order another drink before replying, "It takes me away from the bottle and it's too much effort now a days."
  53. >She frowns and turns your head to hers.
  54. >"I know I'm not one to be preaching it, but I think you-"
  55. "Punch. Say one more word and I'll throw you."
  56. >"She shurgs, "Okay, fine. Just... can you take a few nights off and visit me at home? I liked our nightly cuddles back when you came..."
  57. >You drink arrives and it doesn't take long for you to down it.
  58. "I'll think about it..."
  59. >If you remember it, that is...
  60. >She sighs and curls up into your lap.
  61. >"At least I can still see you hear..."
  62. >She nuzzles into your stomach before dozing off.
