So I told you bunch I would like to make some sort of a return in June. But then as you can imagine I will be investing a lot of work once again in the server and I'd like to see the guarantee of a few things before I get there.

Now as you can imagine I'm not really satisfied with the way the community is going nowadays. The free speech is lost completely, admins are impossible to speak against, and well it's just a mess, we saw the direct effects of this after the Charlie Hebdo story where the topic about that was a complete mess with a certain admin dictating over everyone.

I don't like that stuff tbh, so here are my requests for my return:

* I want my HQ membership back. This time I won't try to kick any members like I did before. I want to overrule other HQ members except the two of you, idk who they are but anyways
* I want to, of course together with you bunch, redefine clan policy, especially server rules, to a way that resembles how they were before - free.
* I want to bring with me a member, Batikeler - a friend of mine who will assist in the development and who I personally vouch for.
* I want a carte blanche to be able to call back any of the past members
* I want to take charge of the player government
* I want to specify clan rules with you again, and kick those who refuse to obey - like use of IRC, respect to freedoms, etc.

And of course, what I will give to you:
* Full review of resources, full implementation of all requested features, completion of WSS update as soon as possible, starting June 12
* Complete restructuring of the community to the ideals we had prepared before
* Completion of all previous projects
* A functional government that is actually beneficial for the community
* A working clan once again
* And of course a fresh face for WSS to which the players will want to return.
