OVERVIEW: This is a fun tournament designed to promote creativity and teamwork. This is structured completely different to the UU "Under Games" Tournament, so pay careful attention to the rules below.

Basics:
-There will be 12 different Districts. Each District will consist of 2 people.
-You get to choose who will be in your District. When you sign up for the tournament, you will list your name along with the name of a partner (this can be anyone), and you will be signed up as a duo. You and your partner will then be randomly assigned to one of the 12 Districts.

Battling:
-Each participant will be randomly assigned to play another participant from another District.
-These "rounds" will happen every 4 days.
-Once you have lost 2 battles, you are dead. This means, you are out of the tournament. (Just you, not your whole District)

Obstacles:
-In an effort to make the game more fun, every other round will be a special one with unique rules.
-These rules will almost exclusively be designed to make teambuilding/battling more challenging, just like obstacles in an arena.
- Example: "Poison Gas has been released into the Arena, infiltrating the bloodstream of all who breath it in. Due to this, 2 pokemon on every team must carry the item Toxic Orb."
- If you have something called a Sponsor, you can choose to be exempt from one of these Obstacles. A Sponsor only works on one person from a District, so you have to decide wisely who to use it on. Read below to find out how to obtain Sponsors.

Sponsors:
- Before the tournament starts, there will be an MS Paint Competition.
- Each District will come up with a banner representing their District.
- These banners will be judged by a panel of 3 users.
- Based on how good the MS Paint Drawings are, the District will win a number of Sponsors anywhere from 0-2.

How to Sign Up:

Post "In" and the name of whoever will be your partner. For example, I would say "In with Slar Flar" if me and Slar Flar were partners.
If you do not have a partner and wish to play, just post "In" and you will be randomly paired with another single person.
