Background:
Celeste is a student at Cassander High School, a school where she does extremely well & is practically famous. Celeste had discovered that she had the ability to amplify various attributes, and used this to her advantage to essentially take over the school's population, turning nearly everyone into at least an admirer of hers, if not a friend, and using her abilities to make herself seem more attractive than she normally is & then amplifying the feelings of attraction in boys to let herself have pretty much exactly the sorts of dates she wants. And as she figures out her ability more & more, she uses it to make her life better & better, at least in her eyes.

Personality:
- Celeste is a cheerful individual, with some charisma to her & a tendency , though she's not without her flaws. She's actually very insecure & hates the thought of being laughed at, lonely, or ignored; however, she hides this by having a loud, determined personality & a tendency to be a leader in whatever group she's in. When it comes to things she enjoys, she becomes extremely passionate and willing to do pretty much anything to be successful. When she has to do other things she doesn't like, such as school, she's lazy and will simply try to get by as barely as possible, though she's amazing at actually figuring out what the bare minimum to pass something is.

Powers and Abilities:
- Amp it Up!
Celeste has the ability to amplify various physical attributes and properties, strengthening them & allowing her to perform quite a few tricks. These include:
~ Celeste can amplify anything projected from a person, such as a spell, their voice, or even something like a sneeze. Amplified abilities like this tend to have larger areas of effect, and are stronger. Celeste uses this herself with her voice & the sound from her guitar, creating ranged attacks & using it to amplify the sound her body naturally makes when attacking to add extra oomph to her attacks.
~ Celeste can amplify the moods of those around her. At a basic level, this is simply strengthening an emotion to an intense degree; the pleased will become joyous, the annoyed will become furious, and the sad will become suicidal. However, if she can figure out exactly how someone feels at a point in time, she is able to specifically amplify even small feelings & desires, allowing her to perk up anyone & give them a strong sort of determination to do pretty much anything, or get other more specific & useful results. She uses this on herself quite a bit, as she has an issue with laziness.
~ Celeste can apply this ability to her own physical attributes as well, allowing her to make herself stronger by amplifying her muscles, smarter by amplifying her brain power, or quicker by amplifying her reaction time. A lot of the time, she uses this to amplify her own figure in an attempt to attract boys to her. She can apply this to an ally as well, though they must be near her & once they step away from her the amplification will only last a short amount of time.
Despite the wide range of this ability, Celeste does have her limits. She cannot specifically amplify concepts, such as how blue something is or how pretty someone is, and her abilities don't work on non-sentient beings, such as certain robots. She also cannot amplify things that are produced by the body, like someone's knowledge or skill in an area, or someone's spiritual strength.

Celeste is a decent hand-to-hand fighter, and is pretty decent with swinging her guitar around too. She's also a decent singer and dancer as well, with these having a side-effect of giving her very strong breathing, athleticism, and flexibility.

Standard Equipment:

A pastel blue acoustic guitar that Celeste uses from when she was in her old band club. Surprisingly durable. Works well as both a bludgeoning tool & a music-making device.

Appearance:
~ Celeste is of average height and weight, with a figure that normally is actually quite modest, but through use of her ability she looks like a bombshell. She has fair skin and natural orange hair, which goes down to around her shoulders & is tied in a side ponytail by a pink hair tie with two pink plastic globes on it. A streak of fake red hair is worn slightly to the left of the middle of her forehead. Her eyes are colored a deep blue, and easily portray her spirit and determination within her. Her head is overall round, and she has a somewhat small nose and a big mouth, which is often up in a big grin in an attempt to make her seem confident. Oftentimes, a round lollipop (flavored cherry or orange) can be seen in her mouth, the stick being stuck out like she was smoking a cigar. She has a set of cerulean studio headphones, normally worn around her neck and used like a pair of speakers, though sometimes when she wants to be left alone she'll slip them over her ears like how they're supposed to.
~ Celeste wears a white collared button-down shirt, with a red tie – this, combined with a maroon folded skirt, is what makes up her school's uniform. She has dark red arm warmers and thighhighs as well on top of this, and on the left side of her hips, a chain can be seen hanging from belt loops on her skirt. She has a dark teal colored backpack that she wears on one sleeve, and on her feet, she has pink sneakers with a star logo on them.

NOTES:
~ Though unnamed & unmentioned in the story, Celeste has two particularly noteworthy friends who, unlike the rest of the school, are aware of her power: a girl who wants to see Celeste use & abuse it to a point that she basically controls everyone, and a guy who thinks that Celeste should try to withhold on using it too much & actually earn her relationships.
~ Celeste has a bit of a thing for stroking & french accents. She also loves aloof, calm, and collected guys, and gravitates towards those who tend not to speak or are more antisocial, often wanting to try & open them up. It also makes her feel more secure about herself that way.
