  4. When we sell property, do we record the name and address of the buyer? We should.
  5. Do we have records of who bought the property we have already sold?
  6. These might be in paper for example and should not be revealed on the website.
  7. But these should be part of a comprehensive digital record of our business operations.

  9. Please see attached access database where I have databased past properties sold.
  10. Open the attachment, click “Enable Content” and​ view the table called "SoldProperties".
  11. (double click). There is a list of all properties sold. I want to know who bought those
  12. properties. Can you send those to me in a Word document.
