Eu Draft Rules v1.0

Rules:

1) Cheating will not be tolerated. If cheating is proven you will be banned from entering future tournaments.
 1.1) If you believe someone is cheating, do not start flaming and hackusing ingame, report it to an admin instead.
 1.2) If the admins suspect you of cheating, they can ask you to provide your vods. If you have none, you will be asked to record/stream from that point onwards. Failure to comply will result in a disqualification.
 (Remember the old tale about the boy who cried wolf? Do not hackuse needlessly. You are just wasting everyone's time and making a fool of yourself in that case.)

2) If you haven't checked in by the time picking starts you cannot be picked for a draft team. You can be a sub if you so desire.

3) If your team needs a sub for a game or map, they can pick between anyone, except for players that are still participating in the tournament.
   Players from eliminated teams can sub if they wish to do so. However, if there are people in the sub channel you should pick from there first. (Note: This is a suggestion not a rule)
 3.1) If you need to take a sub, you must communicate it to the opposing team and they must agree to it.
 3.2) The sub should be of roughly equal or lower skill level than the player he is replacing. The opposing team can dispute a sub if it is deemed to be a clear upgrade. In case of disagreement, contact an admin. Admin decision is final.

4) You can use a smurf account in matches if you want but you must communicate clearly what is its name. (example: put it in your mumble comment)

5) You may spectate a game if there is room (after players, casters, admins are all in the server), however you cannot be in the same mumble channel as any of the teams playing.

6) If one of your players is late for more than 15 minutes after everyone else is ready to play, you must take a sub instead of waiting for him. When he comes back, he can be swapped for the sub.
