  1. playlist changes:
  2. File context menu "Playlist" -> "Current Playlist"
  3. Main menu "Playlists" -> "Playlist Catalog"
  4. "running" a playlist now opens it in the viewer like a directory
  5. playlists in the main menu views the catalog making it more useable
  6. all playlists default to writing into the P.C, all display the keyboard before saving so user can change that
  7. root.m3u8 -> all.m3u8
  8. Finally add a UI to change the location of the P.C (set in folders P.C context menu, clean in main menu's P.C context menu)
