(1505) GM: Welcome to the world of Pocket Monsters!
(1505) GM: You begin your day in your home in the residential district of Viridian City located on the southeastern part of town.
(1505) GM: You are awakend by the typical sounds of the wurring sounds of the PokeMon Center and Lab powering up. Happening at its typical time of 6 AM in the morning.
(1505) GM: It's late spring and hte skies are clear with a gentle breeze caressing the glass windows of your bedroom.

(1505) GM: Your faithful companion is located at the side of your bed, awakening with a stout yawn and stretching as they stand, ready for the eventful day. Today was the day Professor G.Oak was to see you at his lab.
(1505) GM: ((Going to re-load images. Feel free to begin.))
(1508) Danny Green: Danny yawned along with Larry his Slowpoke. The little monster was a serious minded creature, however, this was in polar opposite to Danny's carefree nature. The two made quite the pair with Larry frequently nudging Danny awake most mornings.
(1506) Kia Meyers: Kia looks over and smiles at Artemis. "Good morning Art. Today is the big day, we finally get to meet thee Professor Oak."
(1508) Danny Green: Danny looked at his clocked, his eyes like saucers now, as he finally remembered that today was the day he could meet an expert on PokeMON. Mind you, Danny just wanted to see if the guy had any interesting PokeMON. He wasn't particarly interested in too much academia.
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec muttered to himself, "I wonder if there is a bath here..." He stretched on the bed, still wearing his clothes from the day before, and dropped his hand off to the side to scratch Layla. The growlithe seemed just as inclined as he was to sleep the morning away, but it wasn't just another day away from the cabin. If he passed up this chance to meet the Professor it would be back to the wood chopping block. " 'wonder if 'e'll pass me up 'cause I'm a kid." Venec sat up, stretched out the kinks formed sleeping above his covers and got ready for the day.
(1506) Kia Meyers: She stands up and begins making her way around the room getting ready and collecting her various belongings and putting them in her backpack. As she passes her window she can't help but to crack it open a little in order to enjoy the small breeze that drifts through. "It is such a beautiful day out."
(1505) GM: Many Pidgey flutter by chasing after a few Butterfree in the sky before you notice a flock of Spearow flying overhead in a v-shaped pattern. There was chirping, the slight whistle of a breeze and the scurrying of tiny feet below as you notice a few Ratata being chased by both a Skitty and Meowth.
(1505) GM: Surely, the world is filled with PokeMon of all kinds and sizes and this was just the beginning.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny went ahead and began to pack lightly, exiting his home as he looked around the outside world. He looked at all the critters and shrugged. "These guys aren't as cool as you Larry," Danny told the Slowpoke beside him.

(1509) Venec Myles: Venec left his room and looked through the halls to find signs leading to a bathing area, Layla sticking close to his side. Now that he was meeting city folk he'd have start regularly bathing.

(1508) Danny Green: Larry looked up at Danny and simply looked at him dumbly. "Yeah," Danny went on, "the coolest 'mon of 'em all."
(1505) GM: @ Venec: Nurse Joy gives a long and squeaky yawn as she steps up behind the front counter, two Chansey standing beside her, gently nudging her, "I'm awake, I'm awake! No need to get pushy!"
** (1509) Venec Myles scratched his mat of brown hair, bits of dirt falling out as he did, "You got a bath here?" **
(1505) GM: @ Danny: From stepping outside of your home, you can quickly get a view of the town from the residential area. To the left (north) is the Museum and to the northeast is the Gym, beyond those two are the shops, PokeMon Center and the Lab.

(1505) GM: @ Venec: "Oh my!" Joy exclaims as she takes in sight of you, covering her mouth as she does, "W-Why yes! There's a Public bath just downstairs! The boys side is on the right. There are sample bath products on the front counter. Please, take some!"
(1508) Danny Green: "Anyway, we're off to see that crazy doctor-type," he said, ambling down the path as he walked toward the Lab. Danny made sure to walk nice and slow for Larry. Larry appreciated that kind of consideration.

(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia simply smiles at the small creatures and finishes packing her belongings. "Alright let's go!" Kia and artemis venture out of their house and begin to head towards route 1.
(1509) Venec Myles: "Pokemon allowed? Layla here hits more dirt than I do." Venec shifted his weight from one leg to the other.

(1505) GM: Kia and Artemis exit their home and begin their way through the heart of the city, finding themselves walking along the same path as Danny and Larry, meeting just a few meters away from Oak's Lab.
(1505) GM: Joy gives a small giggle and the pair of Chansey join in, "Of course! Help yourself."
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec checked his watch and sighed, "Did I really spend that much time waking up? Dang it... I'm late." He groaned and let his arm drop to his side, "Well Layla it looks like we have to hurry, now we'll take a shortcut through a river if we see on the way." Venec waved to the nurse as he ran out the door, "Thanks for everything! I have to go!"
(1505) GM: Joy tilts her head in minor confusion before giving a slight nod, "O-kay. We hope to see you again!"
(1511) Kia Meyers: "I wonder if he is as philosphical as he sounds on the radio" Kia couldn't help but to ponder this as the two walked along before she notice her houndour looking quizzically at something ahead of them. "What do you see girl?" Just as she spoke she noticed a boy and a strange pink pokemon walking a few meters ahead of them. She couldn't help but to wonder if they were heading to the same place. Just as she went to call out to the boy she noticed Artemis had jolted ahead a few spaces and was now sniffing at the slowpoke from behind.
(1508) Danny Green: "I wonder what sort of --" Danny was cut off as he noticed Larry wasn't walking alongside him anymore. He turned around to see Larry staring blankly at a dog. The dog was sniffing Larry's tail and the slowpoke appeared apathetic of the situation.
(1511) Kia Meyers: "Artemis! You can't just go sniffing random pokemon!" Kia sighed and hurried to catch up with the pair. "S-s-sorry. S-sshe has always been a little curious." As she spoke her face turned a light shade of pink. For some reason she had always had social problems and became easily embarassed from it.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny looked at the girl and shrugged. "That's okay," Danny replied, "if anything, I wish Larry was a bit more curious. Poor guy just likes eating and sleeping. He sometimes helps me with my homework, though." Danny paused. "Oh, um, I'm Danny. And this is Larry." Larry turned to Kia with its signature blank expression.
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia leaned in closer to get a better look at the pokemon. It was hard to believe that this pokemon helped the boy with anything. "What is he exactly?" She stood back up and guestered towards herself and Artemis as she spoke. "My name is Kia and this is my partner Artemis. We are on our way to Professor Oak's lab."
(1508) Danny Green: "He's a PokeMON."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia couldn't help but to want to face palm a little. " I mean what species of pokemon is he? I've never seen one like him."
(1509) Venec Myles: "running Running RUNNING!" Venec chanted to himself as he dashed by the other two, followed behind by an energetic growlithe. He managed to get a a couple yards away before he paused, turned around, and slowly walked back to the two. "H-hello." He said out of breath. "Is this were we get the pokedex thing?" The boy looked fairly young, barely over five feet tall with wild hair and and a dirt coated face.
(1508) Danny Green: "He's a Slowpoke, I think," Danny answered. "Aren't you, Larry?" Larry looked at Danny. Larry still had a blank face. Danny turned back to Kia and grinned. "He said, 'yes, that's right.' And he also said, 'very pretty.'"
(1508) Danny Green: Danny looked at the newcomer, missing him as he passed by the first time. "Yeah," Danny answered. "Larry and I are off to the Lab now."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia was a little taken aback from the sudden motion of the other boy but gave him a sheepish smile "I-I-I think Professor Oak gives out pokedexes occassionally." As Artemis began to sniff the other dog like pokemon she began to wag her tail slowly back and fourth. When Danny spoke Kia' couldn't help but to blush a little more. "Alright let's just get moving to lab." She began to walk forward agin.
(1511) Kia Meyers: (again**)
(1505) Narrator: The lab is a large silver building with a towering black building behind it. The indication of it was rather vague however, with bland black letters spelling out 'LAB'. The doors were twin, glass-sliding doors, although the glass seemed too thick to see through.
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec waved to them both and smiled a lopsided grin, "I'm glad I made it then." And quickly followed Kia inside.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny just went along with the two and followed them inside.
(1505) Narrator: The sliding doors open with a metallic wurr and standing just before the door is a large Rhyperior glaring down at the three and their PokeMon, "Rrrrrr." it grunts with a stoic expression. Suddenly, you hear the voice of an adult male from behind it, "Move out of the way! People don't realize you're greeting them!" The Rhyperior pouts before stepping aside, revealing a man with messy dark brown hair who appears to be in his mid-thirties, "You must be Kia, Danny and Venec. Welcome! And don't worry, Kadabra didn't indulge beyond your names! Although I have no idea where he is right now. Come inside, come inside."
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec wasn't sure that he liked this funny Kadabra business, and as usual his face made no effort to hide it. Non-the-less he made his way in behind the professor.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny's jaw almost dropped when he saw the gigantic monster that greeted them inside. However, his fears were alleviated once the professor introduced himself and made the group feel welcomed.
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia at first had the desire to run away at sight of the large vicious looking pokemon, but shrugged it off as she heard the familar voice of professor oak from behind it. She followed the other's in looking around as she walked.
(1508) Danny Green: "Hi Professor."
(1508) Danny Green: Danny loudly whispered to the others, "Y'know I would've protected you guys, right?"
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec tried not to smirk.
(1505) Narrator: The room itself was filled with pokemon pictures, strange machinery, various pokeballs and armor and weapons, although there were two empty stands amonst the intricately placed objects. "Come on in. I have a younger trio just starting their journey today as well, although unlike the three of you, they don't own any PokeMon! So I'm forced to give them some of my own! I think I'll stick witht the usual fire, grass, water bit. Kids seem to love that." He said with a nostalgic look, "But! To introduce myself, I am Professor Gary Oak! And I have a task for you! A fair trade I think. My father used to do the same, I believe. And it's simple. Meet plenty of PokeMon in your journey. I'll reveal the details of such a task later as you make it around in your travels. Be that you actually contact me at PokeMon Centers rather than forget I exist." He said as he mumbled to himself for a moment, "But, I'm sure you three are rather bored of listening to me ramble, yes? What you want, is this, I take it?"
(1505) Narrator: He motioned to a table that had three computer screens of PokeDex's, "Now, I'm no engineer like my Grandfather, so I had Professor Juniper send me some. Take a look. You can also choose which colour it is."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia moved towards the computer screen to get a better look at the objects. "Can I have a blue one?" She could hardly keep the excitment from her voice.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny nodded when the Profe
** (1509) Venec Myles spent a lot of time trying to get here and found himself stunned now that it as all presented to him as fast as it was. His mouth opened, then closed, then opened again. "Thanks." He said bluntly. Then felt stupid. **
(1508) Danny Green: Danny nodded when the Professor assumed the group was tired of his rambling. His eyes lit up once he saw the little machines, wandering over to them, asking, "is there a green one?"
** (1509) Venec Myles rubbed his nose with his forearm, "I guess red's the classic." **
(1505) Narrator: G.Oak nodded to the three, "Yes. I believe Juniper stated that every colour was possible, except omni and void. Not really sure what she meant there. May have been a joke. But yes. All you need to do is select the colour and then hit the execute button. I think it's the A button." I stated stepping up to the three and held out a bag to each of them, "PokeBalls. 6 of them. You'll need to get your own after that though. They're not cheap! Although, I hear there are discounts or something if you buy them in bulk." He also tapped his head knowingly, "And I learned something! Healing items! I learned that I should include these. Trainers have a tendency to die in the beginning without a bit of help. So, I'm giving these to you. But you'll need to buy your own afterward."
(1505) Narrator: ((Note, those are the starting items already included in your character sheet.))
(1508) Danny Green: "Thanks Professor G."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia felt a little overwhelmed as she accepted the package. "T-thanks Professor." She turned back to the screen and hit the execute botton.
(1509) Venec Myles: "How do we contact you at the pokemon center?" Venec asked, saying the first non-stupid thing he could think since he walked in.
(1505) Narrator: "You're quite welcome!" After he button was pressed, the machines each dispensed a PokeDex of the desired colour. "Why, that's easy. Each PokeMon Center has a vid phone. Also, it'd be nice if you gave yourself a team name, like, Team Oak! Or whatever you please." He stated as he scratched his chin for a moment, "Also, there are groups of Trainers that you may eventually meet by chance. They go by the name of Team Rowan, Juniper, etc., etc. Well, I guess that's enough of the hints today! Go on! Meet PokeMon! Point your PokeDex at it and learn a few things. Challenge a few Trainers, maybe a few Gyms or Contests. Or just explore." He stated looking down at his watch, "Oh dear! I need to hurry to Pallet Town at the old Lab!" He stated before tossing out a PokeBall and in a flash of blinding red light emerges a Rapidash to which G.Oak immediately mounts, "Give me a call when you get the chance and I'll explain more when I'm not in such a rush! Rhyperior, lock up the shop for me!" And with that final line, Rapidash gives a strange neighing sound as it rushes out of the lab.
(1505) Narrator: the*
(1509) Venec Myles: " .... I should catch one of those."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia couldn't help but to lightly chuckle. "He sure knows how to make a exit."
** (1509) Venec Myles muttered, "I coulda done that." **
(1511) Kia Meyers: "I wonder what he meant though by other teams...are we in a competition?" Kia pondered outloud completely oblivious to Venec's statement. SHe then had the realization that she had never properly introduced herself. " Oh by the way my name is Kia and this is Artemis.I was in such a hurrry to get to the lab I forgot to introduce myself!"
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec grinned, "Venec, Venec Myles. And this is Layla." The growlithe seemed to be looking around at the other pokemon.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny looked at Larry. "Hey, you think you can learn how to d what that Rapidash did?"
(1508) Danny Green: "I'm Danny. This is Larry." Larry stared at Venec.
(1509) Venec Myles: "Well lets get out of here before the big thing tries to eat us for trespassing." Venec looked at his pokedex, stretched and began to walk out. "A name..."
(1508) Danny Green: "Hm?" Danny looked at Venec. "What name?"
(1508) Danny Green: Danny pointed his new 'dex at the Rhyperior.
(1509) Venec Myles: "We
(1509) Venec Myles: "We're told we needed one."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia nodded but before leaving she took out her pokedex. "Well might as well try this thing out." She began scanning the large creature. "Well let's think about this..."
(1505) Narrator: The PokeDex gives a row of dots and lists the word 'loading' under it.
** (1509) Venec Myles shrugged and followed suit. He might as well test it. **
(1508) Danny Green: Danny stared at the screen. "Wow," he said, "this thing is the slowest thing ever!" Larry stared at Danny.
(1511) Kia Meyers: "What about...Team Dex?" She shrugged. "I'-I-Im kinda awful with names to be honest."
(1505) Narrator: A loud 'bling' is heard and the image of Rhyperior appears in the PokeDex, shooting out Geodude from its arms, "Rhyperior; a Rock and Ground type PokeMon. It can launch a rock held in its hand like a missile by tightening then expanding muscles instantly."
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec chuckles as the pokedex's echo each other.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny's face brightened up and he grinned in triumph. "I reckon we should name ourselves after something awesome," Danny said.
(1508) Danny Green: "Team Larry?"
(1511) Kia Meyers: "Wow that is so nifty! " She turned and began to scan Danny's pokemon. "Now let's see if this thing is really a slowpoke." SHe didn't doubt the boy, but he hadn't exactly sounded certain...
(1505) Narrator: Rhyperior approaches the trio, giving a low growl, "Rrrr...." It motions toward the team with its massive arms.
(1505) Narrator: "Slowpoke, the Dopey Pokemon. Psychic and Water type. No one can tell when a Slowpoke is thinking, if it ever does think. Its specialty is fishing with its tail. "
(1511) Kia Meyers: "Alright we are going!" As Kia walked out the door she turned towards Danny "you must really like that name, but I don't think that is quite fitting..."
(1509) Venec Myles: "Okay okay!" Venec left the building and looked around. The once stray pokemon now held an edge of opportunity.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny followed behind the two.
(1508) Danny Green: "Yeah," Danny said. "Larry is a good name. It belonged to my dad."
(1505) Narrator: The doors wurr shut behind the three of you as you leave and a slow, locking sound can be heard.
(1511) Kia Meyers: "Any ideas Venec?" Sh turned towards the messy looking boy. " Also can I ask why you are so dirty?"
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec grinned, "Cause I'm real. I'm from the Viridian forest, to the west where the trees just start to make way for the mountains.
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia also took this oppurtunity to scan Venec's pokemon. Might as well get the info on it as well.
(1511) Kia Meyers: "wow so you actually live in the forest? Are you from a tribe or something?"
(1505) Narrator: "Growlithe, a Puppy Pokemon of pleasant demeanor and great diligence. Also, a fire type. It drives enemies away with barks and bites. "
** (1509) Venec Myles laughed, "Nah, I live with my dad. He just likes the woods. We have a cabin by a lake." **
(1508) Danny Green: Danny tried to scan Kia with the 'dex.
(1505) Narrator: "Human female, average in the age of the mid teens, hometown somewhere in the region of Kanto or Johto."
** (1509) Venec Myles whistled, "Impressive. Any more details?" **
(1508) Danny Green: "Wow," Danny said, "this thing knows everything!"
(1505) Narrator: ((This does not count toward your total))
(1511) Kia Meyers: "That must be nice waking up everyday to the forest." As she spoke she heard the pokedex begin to splatter details about her. "That is just creepy." Her face blushed as Venec whistled.
(1508) Danny Green: "Well," Danny said, "at least we know you're definitely a girl now."
(1508) Danny Green: "It's been proven by science!"
(1511) Kia Meyers: "Alright we still need a name.." Kia spoke trying to move on to another topic.
(1509) Venec Myles: "It does, getting used to cities after a while is hard. My mom lives in Saffron so I see both extremes."
(1508) Danny Green: Danny scanned himself.
(1508) Danny Green: "What about Team G?"
(1505) Narrator: "Human male, Kanto variety, average in the age of mid-teens."
(1509) Venec Myles: "Well, we're all from Viridian right? Rolls of the tongue real nice. We could work with that."
(1508) Danny Green: "Oh!" Danny said, smiling at Venec. "I like that idea."
(1508) Danny Green: "Team Viridian."
(1509) Venec Myles: "Team Viridian has to have been used somewhere before." He crossed his arms in concentration.
(1509) Venec Myles: "We need something a little more original. Ya know?"
(1505) Narrator: The pitter patter of footsteps could be heard in the distance that quickly turns into loud stomps that immediately puts each of your PokeMon on alert. A tall man rushes up to Kia's face and takes her hands, placing in it a black backpack, "Here! Take this!" A moment later and you can tell the more details of the man. White clothing, purple hair and glasses. Also rather skinny, "Not much time, but have to hurry! Meet me in Pewter City and bring this with you! It's incredibly important!" With that said he turns and rushes off, moving almost as fast as a Ponyta , leaving a small trail of dust behind his feet as he disappears behind the PokeMon Center.
(1508) Danny Green: "Hmmmm," Danny said, frowning.
(1509) Venec Myles: "Hmmm indeed." Venec replied, watching the man run off.
(1508) Danny Green: "Wow. Heaps of free stuff today." Danny looked at the black backpack.
(1511) Kia Meyers: Rather shocked Kia looks down at the object in her hands inspecting it closely.
(1511) Kia Meyers: Artemis let's out a low growl at the man as he rushes off and stands protectively by Kia.
(1508) Danny Green: Larry just stares at the black backpack.
(1511) Kia Meyers: (Not sure if it was an object or a backpack, but if it was a backpack she opens it up...)
(1509) Venec Myles: Layla looked up at the running man, having been nosing at Larry moments before.
(1511) Kia Meyers: (nvm)
(1508) Danny Green: Danny kneeled beside Larry and patted him on the head. "You're always craving attention, Larry," he said. The slowpoke just stared off into space.
(1511) Kia Meyers: "Oh it's an egg!" Kia sounded a bit shocked as she picked the egg up out of the backpack. "well I guess it would be safer if we kept it in there." She placed it back inside the backpack and held it close in front of her. "I wonder what type of pokemon it is.."
(1508) Danny Green: "No idea," Danny replied, looking up from his kneeling position. "We can find out faster if we go to Pewter."
(1511) Kia Meyers: "True!" Kia nodded in agreement. "We can always think of a name on our way there."
(1509) Venec Myles: "We'll have to find him." Venec shifted, "I don't like the sounds of this, he might be up to no good. We have to figure out what!"
(1505) Narrator: Moments later, a yellow-gold Growlithe comes running by, sniffing the air then the ground before following in the exact same direction as the man. Shortly afterward, Officer Jenny comes running by panting and sweating as if she had been running for an extended period of time, following Growlithe quickly.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny looked at the officer. Larry stared alongside his master.
(1509) Venec Myles: "Hey!" Venec waved.
(1505) Narrator: It's no good. Jenny was too tired and in too much of a rush to hear anything beyond her focus. She disappears quickly behind the PokeMon Center, following closely behind her Growlithe.
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec runs after her.
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia looked down at the bag thoughtful for a few moments. "You guy's think this was stolen?"
(1508) Danny Green: "Why run?" Danny asks nobody aloud. He followed the others, Larry walking alongside him, at a leisure pace.
(1508) Danny Green: "No idea."
(1509) Venec Myles: "Layla! See if you can track that other growlithe!"
(1511) Kia Meyers: "Venec wait up!" Kia attempts to follow him, but slows down holding the egg securely in her arms. She was a klutz and she knew it. Better to be safe than sorry.

(1505) Narrator: Layla sniffs the air for a moment then the ground and whimpers. There's just too many scents of a variety of PokeMon to go off of.
(1508) Danny Green: "Why don't we just go to the Police Station?"
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec growls to himself, "Dang." He looked around with stern eyes, not seeing any trace of either of them.
(1508) Danny Green: "It would be a lot easier and I hate running."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia nodded in agreement. "I agree...but is there one of those around here?"
(1509) Venec Myles: "Because we know what he looks like. We know what he smells like. We can track him."
(1509) Venec Myles: "He's expecting to meet us. We can ambush him and turn him in."
(1508) Danny Green: Danny paused and grinned. "You could use the backpack's scent," Danny offered.
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec's grin didn't fade as he nodded to Danny, "Eggs-actly."
(1508) Danny Green: Larry turned to stare at Venec and Danny stroked his head. "You're right, Larry, that guy is hilarious."
(1511) Kia Meyers: "But..what if he is dangerous? I think we should just find another policemen." She sighed torn between what to do. "and what if he is innocent and it was all an coincidence?"
(1511) Kia Meyers: (well police officer**.. >.>)
(1508) Danny Green: Danny shrugged. "Doesn't matter. We're off to Pewter, anyway."
(1509) Venec Myles: Venec thrusts his thumb toward himself, "Well I'm dangerous. If you just pass off your work to someone else you'll never make it as a pokemon trainer."
(1508) Danny Green: Danny snorted. "You're not dangerous! Unless being dirty is a crime..."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia sighed. "I guess you are right. Let's get going I suppose." She still felt uncertain about the whole event, but who was she to argue. After all Venec had a point.
(1509) Venec Myles: "It's as morning as it's going to get. Lets pack some food and head out."

(1509) Venec Myles: "Closer than my house. That sounds good." He grinned, "Don't worry, I'll wait outside so I don't mess up the place. Which reminds me, we might want some camping gear."
(1508) Danny Green: "Yep!" Danny exclaimed. "That's Larry for you! A total optimist!"
(1511) Kia Meyers: She began to make her way back towards her house. Artemis followed closely behind not daring to let her master out of her eyes again. "Well I have a sleeping bag, but that's about the only camping gear I have."

(1509) Venec Myles: Venec follows, "Well, if a pokemon wants to get you in the night there's going to be a fight. A tent only really helps with the rain."

(1508) Danny Green: "I have a sleeping bag as well. Maybe my mama won't mind if I take a bit of food from the cupboard. But we have to go through the forest to get to Pewter, anyway."

(1505) Narrator: Outside of Kia's house scattered a few Oddish from her lawn toward the back of her house and a few Bellsprout hopped down from her flower pots, following suit.
(1509) Venec Myles: "Someone to keep watch." Venec nodded, "I can usually make trips from my house to Viridian in a day, even if it's exhausting, so I haven't needed that for a long time."
(1508) Danny Green: "Are those plant-thingies yours?"
(1509) Venec Myles: "You don't see one of those every day." Venec points to a Ralts.
(1508) Danny Green: Danny looked at the Ralts as well. "Nope," he said, "funny lookin' thing."

(1508) Danny Green: Danny whips out his 'dex and tries to scan the 'mon.
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia ventured inside and began to gather what she thought would be around two days rations for each of them.She decided to take simplier things that didn't require a lot of preparation. It took her only a few minutes to gather the supplies, and as she exited the house she heard Danny's question about the oddish's. "No those are wild. They wander around every so often."
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia also takes out her pokedex and scans the strange looking creature.
(1505) Narrator: "Ralts, the Feeling Pokemon. Also a Psychic type. Ralts is the pre-evolved form of Kirlia. It can use the horns on its head to read human emotions. Ralts rarely shows itself to humans, but may occasionally approach when it senses positive or happy feelings. "
(1508) Danny Green: Danny looked at Larry. "Hear that Larry? Happy feelings. I think it must be the positive vibe you resonate." Larry stared at the Ralts and slowly approached.
(1509) Venec Myles: "Do you want to catch it?"
(1505) Narrator: Ralts pauses for a moment just as it touches the lawn and turns around, lifting its head up enough where you can see its eyes, "Alsss?"
(1511) Kia Meyers: Kia couldn't help but to gush a little as the pokemon did that. "It's so cute..."
(1508) Danny Green: Larry continued his slow approach.
(1508) Danny Green: "I'm not into girly 'mons," Danny replied. "I prefer the manly kind. Like Larry."
(1505) Narrator: Ralts mouth turns up into a smile towards Kia, "Rssaa!"
(1508) Danny Green: "I think it likes you Kia. You should catch it."
(1505) Narrator: Ralts head tilts toward Danny, "Aarraa?"

(1511) Kia Meyers: "Aww I'm sorry!" Kia rushes over in an attempt to calm the smal creature down.
(1505) Narrator: Appearing from the bushes of the house comes three Eevee and checks on the Ralts.
(1505) Narrator: One growls at Kia and rushes her.
(1505) Narrator: ((Kia has suffered 11 points of damage from the wild Eevee))
(1505) Narrator: Each of the Eevee's stands defensively in front of Ralts, growling as each of the Trainers and swatting the lone PokeBall on the ground away.
(1509) Venec Myles: "Get out of the way" Venec tries to place himself Between Kia and the Eevee. (Entering combat)
(1508) Danny Green: Larry stared at the Eevee triplets and continued his slow approach.

(1511) Kia Meyers: Artemis steps in front of Kia leers down at the one that rushes her. Kia steps back as Venec steps in front of her. "Ouch that really hurt.."

(1505) Narrator: EeveeS yelps in agony as Layla's teeth sink into its flesh. EeveeS looks battered.

(1508) Danny Green: Danny is more shocked than anything else. He steps a couple times forward to get a closer look, then looks at Larry. "Larry! Careful now! Use Yawn to stop the fighting!"
