ultimately this means the following is possible:

+1 WD
6 + some amount of dex from relic

699 ACC

1315 crit + 3 (or some amount from relic)

a lower amount of det due to removal of alex earring + shire ring

704 sks without earring or ring slot
+ 12 from earring meld
+ 59 from ultima ring
+ 30 from relic

this moves us to 805 sks, just short of 810 unfortunately. still a pretty good gain.

question becomes:

is it better to take away all points of det from relic, take away some points of crit possibly, use extra limit on relic to hit 810 sks

or go down to 783 sks, pump the rest into DET.
