215.4 - 197.24 = 18.16

theory also saves 3.85s to equips. 18.16 + 3.85 = 22.01

Now if we account for SoDT TCS and no zora hall early, in addition to saving a bomb, we save ~4.4s according to nopp/gigo

With this accounted for, we save 18.16 + 4.4 = 22.16

22.16 + 3.85 = 26.01

(note that some of the equips were accounted for in the 4.4s timing for sodt tcs, so 26.01 is accurate)
