The steps to move the website would be the following:

1. Dowload all website files via FTP

2. Upload them in the new location

3. Log into phpMyAdmin and export the database

4. Go to MySQL DB wizard and create a new database, then log into phpMyAdmin for it and import the .sql file you created in the previous step.

5. The last thing you need to do is go to edit the configuration file and put in the details for the new database.
