Hey guys, if some1 can try and help me, i am a bit desprate.

So here is the thing, when my pc is turned on, everything is great - but when it's turned off i am in big trouble.
i come home for weekends only every few weeks due to me being a solider, and then i need to spend hours to make the pc work, the problem:
The pc starts working - all the fans start spinning, i hear the parts doing thing etc... but there is no beeps at all, no monitor signal, no power going to the mouse/keyboard (the lights on them turn on for the instant of powering on, then goes off for good), no nothing so i did the useall stuff - made sure everything is connected, switched power cable, switched outlet - when this didnt work i tried to isolate the issue to a specific part, and here it got intersting:
Without RAM connected the PC beeps like crazy and wont turn on, withoutthe GPU the pc just power cycle without me even toucing it - fans spins for a few seconds, then everything goes off, and then after 2 seconds it happens again the same and goes on and on and on.

But maybe the weirdest part of all is that after i dissconnect and reconnect and do stuff i dont even know for hours, the PC does go on and everything works without a problem at all!! but then again - when i turn the pc off this shit happens again :(
and i dont have the hours to spend on it on the short weekends i get to spend at home. please, any help will be appriceated
