  1. 14 - - Eternal Life
  2.
  3. OMEN: Ring
  4. ROOM: Catacombs, Charred Room, Gallery
  5. TRAITOR: Heather Granville (Shopping) or lowest Sanity
  6.
  7. It's almost been a year since you last came here, and your old and tired bones are acutely aware of it. The further you go into the house, the more you are aware of the sound calling to you: Dub DUB, dub DUB, dub DUB. A steady, rhythmic heartbeat leading you to that tattered old ring, and the jewel embedded into it: The Philosopher's Stone you made so many centuries ago.
  8.
  9. Your old partners should be arriving about now too. If you all want that elixir of life, you’ll need some fresh blood to recharge the stone.
  10.
  11. ----
  12.
  13. Right Now
  14. Your character is still in the game but has turned traitor. If another player has the Ring, take it from them now. The jewel on this Ring is your Philosopher’s Stone. Raise any traits below their starting value to that number.
  15.
  16. Place a Servant token (red) in the Operating Laboratory and another in the Research Laboratory. If one of these rooms is not discovered, place the Servant token in the Upper Landing instead. These Servants are your Alchemist partners.
  17.
  18. ----
  19.
  20. What You Know About the Heroes
  21. They're trying to destroy your Philosopher's Stone. They will suffer from the curses you've put on the Stone while they hold it.
  22.
  23. ----
  24.
  25. You Win When …
  26. … all of the heroes are dead.
  27.
  28. ----
  29.
  30. The Philosopher's Stone
  31. While you have the Ring, any physical damage you would take is reduced to 0. At the end of each of your turns, raise any traits below their starting value to that number (Even if you lose possession of the Ring).
  32.
  33. ----
  34.
  35. If You Win …
  36. You pour another blood-red glass of the elixir and offer it to one of your partners with a smile. There's more than enough to go around now, and you have a full year to relax before you have to hunt for more blood. After finishing your meal, you bring out the box of gold and split it evenly with your partners. As usual, each of you is getting more than enough to buy a dozen houses of this size. You sip your elixir with a sigh and ponder how exactly you're going to spend so much money in just one year. People just don’t understand the challenges of immortality.
