Norion as normal

Go to Bryyo
Get Grapple Swing, Bryyo Map (Etanks and Missiles?)

Fly to Elysia
MDB SW into Elysia (Inbounds at ZSA)
Continue Inbounds to Boost
Activate AU as normal
Go to ZSA, do FRS for the SW, then crawl to MDB
Fight Ghor, Get plasma
MDB again
Go to LSA, unlock and fly to Bryyo
Get Screw Attack

Return to Elysia, do either LSA, ZSC, Bridge Hera or Hoverplat SW and crawl to East Elysia
Do East Elysia inbounds as normal
Ship Grapple, Seekers, Bomb, Spire Pod, Helios

Fly to PH
PH as normal (Skip Spider, do nova crawl etc)
On Phaaze, do the SW since you don't have hyper ball (See Parax's 16% Hypermode Phaaze video, idr room names)
