- Short chlor frame (with active output percent). Every time the IC-40 toggles active/inactive these seem to change between zero and the setpoint. So when the setpint is 50% this will display either zero or 50 as it cycles. When idle it always generates a zero value. Sometimes I see byte B as a 14, other times an 11. Not sure what it means. Byte A is nearly always 50.

- Sporadic broadcast (checksum does not calc out like other 10 02/10 03 frames). No idea BUT this is the response to a salinity check from the panel. You'd think the value would be in here but no luck so far.
