Ruqaya was created by Gerbec to for fill his dreams of having a princess at his side. He wanted a sea dweller that has long, elegant fins.

Ruqaya wears a skirt that's made from a sting ray. her top is a royal fushia with a olive gem in the middle, her symbol is on the back of her shirt. she wears golden bands around her neck, wrist and ankles. she has small golden rings around her horns. underneath her skirt are black shorts with glowing fushia gems.
