Isamu Hiroshi Nakahara is introduced to SEES shortly after the rescue and addition of Fuuka Yamagishi to the party. He is another third-year, and puts on a rather cheerful and helping mask around the young members. He's also the leader of the Theatre Club, is fluent in English as a hobby, and his love of western literature is unparalleled. <br><br>
His initial Persona is Bacchus, a Satyrical Actor, and a persona of the Sun Arcana. It specializes in a wide range of things, a bit of a jack of all trades, with access to Status Ailments, Healing (via 'Wine), and, later on, Almighty skills. <br><br>
It's revealed down the line, during the trip to the beach, that he has been in an abusive relationship with his father for years. This is shown when Junpei forces him to remove his shirt, which reveals multiple bruises and even a few gashes. Isamu is infuriated by this, and rushes back and away from the area to hole himself up in the Kirijo home until the end of the trip. After this event, he begins acting distant, only really speaking with Mitsuru and the other third-years, and seeming to harbor some sort of hatred towards Junpei. Of course, the bruises weren't explained directly to them until a few days before Shinji's death, when he finally chooses to forgive Junpei and explains himself to him, the Protagonist and Yukari. <br><br>
After Shinjiro's death, he resolves to face his father and his father's expectations and, through this resolve, his Persona transmogrified into Dionysus, God of Wine. <br><br>
Post-Nyx and during the Answer, he seems to retain a newly optimistic outlook on life, reciting the occasional line from Shakespeare according to the situation. Although it seems rather cheesy and a bit ridiculous to his teammates, he explains he is simply trying to lighten their moods. <br><br>
During the events of the P-1 Grand Prix, he was called from his job as a Literature teacher at Syujin Academy to assist in rescuing Mitsuru, Akihiko, Aigis and Fuuka. He is constantly seen smiling no matter the situation, and some of the others even comment his cheeriness is 'blinding'. Now he has returned to working at Syujin, and is even writing a play at the moment based off of overcoming an abusive parent. <br><br>
However, the presence of Shadows and Persona-users is not something a Shadow Operative can simply ignore, and he is soon to launch an investigation into the power he has felt.
