They did agree to reschedule. However, that was after they had agreed on one time, that time had come with no sign of Wolfie, and 30 mins past that time had come with no sign of Wolfie.
He agreed to reschedule because he's new and didn't know about walkovers
(Mea culpa, didn't fully explain the rules just assumed he'd read the rules)
But the walkover rule still applies and I will use it.

There is nothing here about "spirit" man. This is about following the rules, plain and simple. A time was agreed upon. The guy did not show up. That's a violation. They get dinged for it. I would love to have them play, just for kicks. But it doesn't count because they broke the rules
If you don't stick to the rules when it's "not really in the spirit", they aren't rules. They're your idea at the moment

Wolfie didn't show up at 10:31
He forgot and tried to make up a BS excuse. My guy, being new, didn't know about walkovers and thought he had to play. So he cleared more time of his later in the week to try and make sure the CTL would run smoothly.
