  5. There is a lot of debate on whether microdosing psychedelics actually has any benefits. I have had great success with microdosing 4-HO-MET for social situations, unfortunately it is terrible for actually getting stuff done. I got my hands on some 1P-LSD and wanted to see if it would work better, as many people have had success with LSD.

  7. **1P-LSD Micro-dose Report**

  9. *Preliminary notes: Some important things that give context to my experience today. First I am running on 6 hours of sleep, second I did about 70mg of amphetamine sulfate yesterday, lastly I did not take my usual dose of morning Modafinil. Among other things this might be the cause of the negative side effects experienced in this report. I will do this again tomorrow with my full nootropic stack and a good night’s rest*

  29. 9a – Wake up, dose 1P-LSD

  31. 9:30a – Shower, start to feel euphoria, good mood, suddenly full of energy, singing “Good Day Sunshine”, no stomach issues or body load like I get from low dose tryptamines. Don’t notice any visual effects. Pupils unaffected

  33. 9:50a – Go to class, driving is fun, feeling focused. Slight headache, presumably from lack of coffee.

  35. 10:30a – Feeling a little down, slight headache. Math class is going stuff I learned in Econ, so I feel unmotivated. My notes are complete and well organized though. Even though I feel pretty crappy my mind is moving pretty fast. Did not eat, and the thought of food is not appealing

  37. 10:55a – Drive back home was enjoyable mood was lifted, like I said stream of consciousness was hyper speed and very enjoyable, my mind was wandering and I loved it. Still no visuals so far. Headache still present.

  39. 11:44a – Eat, drink coffee, feeling a lot better. The feeling of caffeine coursing through my veins is extremely pleasurable. Watching the news bullshitting with my roommate, conversating is very enjoyable and I feel quick witted.

  41. 12p -- Dosed 3g of Piracetam

  43. 1:12p – Played some BF4, was slightly better, but couldn’t really get into it. All above positives are still there, albeit with a slight headache. Kinda feels like a Piracetam headache, but I can’t be sure (eggs are enough to stop them usually). Music is enhanced considerably, this has been going strong all day.

  45. 4:55p – Had nothing pressing to do, just lounged around the house, time flew by. Nice effects are still present, but toned down. It is at this point I wonder if a midday redose is necessary or if I can ride it out, will try tomorrow.

  47. 6:45p – Got home, went to eat with some friends. Took the dog out longboarding, had fun, me and the dog had great synergy with the boarding. Socially I was neutral, not any better or worse. Headache still there, energy still there, but the stream of consciousness has died down a bit along with the general mood (not depression, just closer to baseline). **I realized at this point that the only time I had taken a drink of water was when I took my pills.** This is most likely what caused the headaches. Just drank a big cup and am already feeling better. Another thing to note: Cigarettes were not enjoyable. I smoked three and honestly did not feel any nice effects from them, even ditched one halfway through.

  50. 6:45p – 9:30p – Really didn’t do anything, water made me feel much better no headaches. Took Creatine for workout.

  52. 9:40p – Went to the gym to run. Was only able to do 2 miles of my regular 5k, but honestly I chalk that up to my physical exhaustion rather than the 1P-LSD. I was actually able to “get in the zone” within a ½ mile, this usually take 1.5 miles of pushing through till I get an endorphin rush and zone out. Had a shower beer in the locker room (best thing ever after a workout) and now I am sitting at home basking in the afterglow of exhaustion. Going to take melatonin and sleep well tonight.

  54. Extra Post-Experience Comments:

  56. I think the best thing about this micro-dose was the multiple times when everything felt perfect. I was able to live wholly in the moment with great ease. The way my internal monologue was running was very enjoyable, I explored many things in my mind. I guess the big question is whether this is a nootropic or not. My answer (right now) would be that it is an indirect nootropic, and used in conjunction with other “real” nootropics it could have very strong effects. The drug increased the speed at which my brain processed things and vastly improved my mood. It was neutral in other things (memory and ability to preform tasks). I guess best definition of this would be mild stimulant + mood enhancer. Anyway I can’t wait to try this out again tomorrow with my normal stack. See y’all on the flipside ;)

  75. Like I said I was busy all day, as such I did not cook a meal (except for two eggs in the morning) and ate only fast food (hit the Bell, McDicks, and BK in one day, I am kinda proud of myself and also a little ashamed).

  81. Sitting on the couch around 11:20. Finished coffee watching roommate play BF4. Stand up and feel a slight head rush then and intense rush of energy. By 12 I could not distinguish this feeling from taking nice clean Adderall. Got to the Gym around 11:20. Hit the treadmill, ran 1.5miles and literally felt like I was floating as I ran, I was bouncing off the wall with so much energy. Actually had a headache before that went away as I ran. Wanted to run more, but I was strapped for time and wanted to put the creatine I took to good use with a quick lift. Did some quick lifts, barely felt anything, was just going as fast as I could. Showered dressed and barely made it to class on time. We had a group assignment and I pretty much did the whole thing, because my mind was moving so fast (it also helped that were learning basic Macro-Econ in an Ag class). Professor would let us out early if we completed it with everything right. i was the one who went up talked to her, justified answers, discussed how we did stuff wrong, I was on fucking fire.

  85. Came home, played some BF4, talked to roommate still feeling awesome, nothing had slowed down. Long ass story, but I was trying to take an online test and get car towed to a dealership to get fixed and I ended up failing the test because of the tow guy locking my wheel and me running out of time. Needless to say I was fucking livid (not all their fault, I should have waited to take test). This shift in mood brought me down pretty hard, but my friend came to pick me up and take me to the dealership and after complaining for a bit I was in a good mood and back to feeling up. We hung out till 8 at his place. He took me home and I had to write a short paper for my Western Civ class comparing the Book of Luke to Pope Urban's Just War theory. Words were flowing out of me like fucking butter. I honestly felt like shit and was tired, but my mind was just throwing out sentences and word combinations that would take me hours to come up with. Wrote 2.5 pages in 30 minutes and it was *good*.

  89. Feeling pretty down, but still wanting to go out I popped some 4-Ho and drank half a monster. Boarded over to a friends house with the wine and my dog to hang out with some peeps. We chilled for a bit. Once the 4-Ho had hit and there was some wine in my belly I felt great. A note: The 4-Ho did not hit nearly as strong as it usually does. Presumably from the LSD. It was around 12 and me and two other friends walked/boarded to McDicks and walked to campus to eat. At this point friend one got a text from girl who was the local country dance hall so he and friend 2 left to go there. Me not knowing how to 2-step and generally not liking country music went back home, I had the dog and the booze anyway. Was kinda bored so I snorted a line and played BF4 till my roommate got home. We bullshitted about science and shit for till 3am. He went to bed and I turned on the TV and feel asleep within 15 minutes. I've never had trouble sleeping on stims, except for Vyvanse and especially when I snort speed as the peak is only like 45 minutes.

  93. I think I am going to cycle 1P with either Modafinil or Piracetam for daily use. Most likely the Modafinil. This will keep my tolerance for both Modaf and 1P down. It honestly does not feel healthy been strongly "on" everyday and I think diminishing returns would hit pretty fast. Also I think I will dose the 1P later in the morning, as I really do not need it to wake up and I wouldn't be crashing so early.
  94. But this was a great success and if my afternoon had gone better I think the day would have been amazing. 1P just moved up the chain on how awesome it is in my books. This morning I had a 10am so once I got I napped all day. It's around 4pm, I dosed Modaf and am going to dose 1P later and 4-Ho-MET shortly after that. Having people over to drink, so we will see how that goes. Will write another trip report. I'm really having a lot of fun sharing my experience with an entirely novel substance like 1P and I hope that people will find this informative. Full dose trip report will be coming sometime this weekend.

  100. Hey guys, here is my experience with day 3 of microdosing. Like I said in the last post I wanted to try it with a low dose of 4-Ho and Alcohol. Dosed 1P at 7 and 4-Ho at 8:30. Honestly my tolerance was a little high for either to do much and it is the Friday before spring break in a college town, so no one was around. Regardless I got pretty drunk with my roommate and some friends. There was the usual synergy with 4-Ho and booze and I was had much more energy than with booze alone. Gonna try the combo again next time there is a party (not going anywhere cool for spring break :( ). Anyway gonna dose 200mics today to account for tolerance. Will probably throw a microdose of 4-Ho and some weed (if I can find some) on top after the halfway point. Campus is empty and the weather is awesome so the I'll probably take a bike ride and watch some good movies when I get back. Will update with report tomorrow!
