Out of all the servers that OreCraft has to offer, I have played on OPFactions and Prison the most.

How long have you been on OreCraft?

I have been on the server now for around a month.

What rank do you have on the server?

I have the “Titan” rank on factions, the “Diamond” rank on KitPvP, and the “Gold” rank on Prison.

Why should we pick you and not somebody else?

I think you should choose me to take up this position because I have the all of the necessary requirements for the position. Some of the requirements are; being knowledgeable about when to punish and what punishment to give them. I’m a very mature person and I know how to handle situations well, and I’m never disrespectful. If I were to get accepted as a helper, I would dedicate my time to help as many players as possible and to deal with rule-breakers. By doing this, it would essentially help out the server because more people would enjoy it without them having to worry about problems. Another reason you guys should choose me is because of the experience I have behind me. Before coming on OreCraft, I was a moderator for five months on a server owned by a popular YouTuber. There, I was able to achieve MOTM (Mod of the Month) in only my first month of being a moderator. One final reason you guys should choose me to become a helper is because of my leadership abilities. Back in October of 2015, there were applications in my school for a club called S.A.I.L (Students Acting in Leadership). I decided to give it a shot and applied. Two weeks later, I got a letter back that I was accepted. Now, keep in mind that they only accept around 5 people per application period and well over 75 people apply. As a helper, I would never abuse my permissions and if any problems were to come up, I would not argue or complain about my rank being removed, as it would be very immature of me to do so.

What makes you unique?
What makes me unique is the fact that I can be quite goofy at one moment, goofing around, and the next moment, I can be very stern and mature. This could really come in handy being a staff member considering the fact that I can be funny with my friends, then I can deal with a rule breaker in just a matter of seconds. Although this might not be the most interesting unique feature about me, I feel as if this is a useful talent.

Describe your personal character.

To start off, I am a very complex person with a lot of character traits. I am very positive person and I tend to be very positive in negative situations. This is a very good trait to have because you can solve the situation quicker when you’re being positive. I am also a bit of a goofball sometimes, which may not be the best trait, but it does make myself very enjoyable. Another really important trait that I possess is maturity. Although I might be silly one moment, I can change from that to serious in a matter of seconds, which can come in handy in a lot of situations. To add on to this, I am very dedicated and determined when I put my mind to something. One last thing I would like to add to this is the fact that I never use profane language. As a little kid, I was taught to never use that type of language and to this day, I never do. Of course, I have use profane language before, but I almost never use it now.




How do you think your able to benefit our server community?

I would be able to benefit our server community by solving as many as the problems that the server encounters. Now, I might not be able to fix any bug related issues. However, I can help out with a few things. One of the most common problems this server, and all servers encounter are rule breakers. If I were to encounter a rule breaker, I will give them the punishment they deserve depending on the offense. I would also do it as quickly as possible to prevent further problems.

What is in your opinion the main job or main task of any helper?
The main task of a helper is to essentially keep the server in line. To expand on this, the helper’s job is to deal with rule breakers, help out players, and to make sure the server is enjoyable for everyone.

What kind of aspect do you think we look for if we search for new helpers?

The kind of aspect I think the upper-staff team looks for would be a dedicated and active player who is always respectful and helpful to the community. I also see them looking for

Try do describe to us, how do you see yourself as helper in our community?

I see myself as the type of helper that would go out of his way to try to help every player that I can. As well as this, I would try my hardest to rid the server of all the players breaking the rules. By doing these things, I would make the server much more enjoyable and to ensure a better time for everyone.

Do you have any experience as being a ''staff'' member? (Do not post the server name)

-I owned a server for around 4 months It was moderately successful and it usually had 10 players on at all times. We were also able to get donations adding up to $250+.

-I was a moderator on a fairly popular server owned by a popular YouTuber. There, I was able to reach MOTM (Mod of the Month) within my first month as a Mod. Towards the end of its lifespan, I worked very closely with the upper staff to create events for the community.


What are some of your qualities?
Some of my character traits that I define the most would have to be:

Energetic: As a YouTuber who has been doing it for over 3 years, I have grown to be very energetic and excited.

Accepting: As someone who used to be picked on a lot at school for being very thin, I have learned to be accepting to everyone who is left out.

Kind: The golden rule is to treat other people the way you want to be treated and I try to stay as true to that as possible. As I mentioned earlier, I used to be picked a lot at school and I hate to see people being treated poorly.

Calm:  Although you might think this contradicts the first trait, I can be very calm and have learned to keep my cool when people annoy me.

Funny: I’ve been a jokester all my life and I feel like this is a really good trait to have because the best human emotion is laughter.

What are some of your Weaknesses?
With a lot of good qualities and strengths, there are bound to be a few weaknesses. A few of the major weaknesses I have are:

Too Strict: Sometimes I can be a bit strict in enforcing the rules. However, I have been trying to improve this weakness by being lenient in certain situations.

Procrastination: Like a lot of people, I tend to be a big procrastinator. I often wait to do things last minute and it is not a very good habit. I have been trying to fix this and I am improving slowly.


Senario 1:
Of your friends is playing with you on the server and you see him advertising on OreCraft for an other server. This is forbidding on OreCraft as we all know already.
How would you react on this situation as if you where on of our helpers?
I’ve been in similar situations like this a few times before and this is way I would react. First, I would tell him to stop, if he continues I would get another monitor+ to deal with him. Although it would be harsh of me to do this, in this moment I would have to treat him like a normal player, and all players get treated the same, no matter what.

Senario 2:
You are just watching the server and being online as any other helper. At a certain point somebody send you a message that there is an money glitch in the game for donors. When the player that reports that to you shows you where it is, you see suddenly an donor player using that glitch for his on welthy.
How would you react on this situation as if you where on of our helpers?

I would react to the situation by first, getting in contact with an upper staff member to address the problem. Then, I would tell the player to stop, or he will face a serious punishment. From there if he doesn’t stop, I would get a monitor+ to punish the player.
Senario 3:
You think you see somebody hacking on our servers. As we all know that helpers don't have any ban permission you need to ask an higher staff to assist you. One of the server monitor's comes online and he is watching with you. Afther a fiew minutes the monitor tell you that the player isn't hacking while you are 100% sure of it.
How would you react on this situation as if you where on of our helpers?
I would react to the situation in two different ways
One of the ways I would react to this is by gathering evidence of the potential hacker and post it in the staff chat. From there, we could all collectively make a decision.
Another way I would react to this is by performing an SS on the player.
