The PROVENANCE (Prosperity and Re-invigoration of Various Extraterrestrial Novalia, Neritic and Contained Empery) device is designed to reshape surrounding landscape and terrain to sustain new life.

It is powered by the reactor built by Greg Coughlan, and was designed by Coughlan Labs.

In the event of a potential security breach, all facilities (FL, CO, CA, AL, AK, ANTARCTICA HUB, NORTHERN HUB) will immediately enter a LOCKDOWN mode. All facilities are designed to last for 6 years, and with lab grown food, anywhere upward of 16 years. After all facilities are confirmed locked down, facility CA (based in SAN DIEGO) will allow ONE (1) operative to enter the field and deposit 18 compact disks containing codes to the PROVENANCE DEVICE. The device will NOT ACTIVATE until all codes are entered properly in to the correct domain which will be included in ONE (1) of the compact disks. When all CDs have been retrieved and all codes have been correctly entered, the ONE (1) operative will dead drop a case containing the final CD, which contains a launch key. This key can be used to either activate the device, or shut it down until LOCKDOWN is released.
