"The Ducks" role requirements

REQUIREMENTS
	Must be top 15 in overall leaderboards
	Must have at least one run in 3/7 duck games (Category extensions probably wont count)
	ex: DL1 100%/ DL3 any%/ DLSpace max skills

	must be a active/ living member of the community
		dont have to talk 24/7 but actively voting in polls and being online is support
		must have at least the "community member" role from the bot

any current ducks that don't fall into this will have 30 days to qualify themselves until they lose their role
if a current duck is knocked out of the top 15 they will have up to 30 days to reclaim their spot before losing their duck role

	cool purple name
	ability to create emotes for the discord server
	exclusive discord channels
	able to run for admin when one is to be elected
	more likely to get into community games when that happens
