  19. One of the most influential early Russian academics. He was the first Russian faculty member of the prestigious academy of Sciences. He was influential in Chemistry, and the Arts. It is also said that his experiments with electricity occurred around the same time as Benjamin Franklins. He was also influential in founding the University of Moscow. It is said that Lomonosov managed to steal the Saxon Porcelain recipe and claimed it for Russia. As a result the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory was founded in St. Petersburg.

  24. Arguably one of the greatest writers in Russian history. He led the Russian Romanticist movement and spawned countless best sellers throughout his very short career. Famous works of his are The Captain’s Daughter, Ruslan and Lyudmila, and Eugene Onegin. His life despite initial success he fell on rough times, after suspecting his wife’s infidelity and challenged his brother in law to a duel, where he tragically died young at the age of 37.

To this day people in Moscow celebrate the founding of their city by holding a cultural festival in his honor.

  32. The famous Cossack rebel, who defied the authority of both the Muscovite Tsar, and the Hetman of Ukraine. Razin lived the life of a thief, cheat, womanizer, and Charismatic leader of a bunch of raiders which rebelled and rallied thousands to their cause. However like most dishonorable brutes of the era. The rebellion was put down, Razin was put in a cage, chained up, and carted to Moscow to be tortured to death.

  36. One of the most influential people in early 18th Century Russian history, Menshikov was a long time friend of Peter the Great, and was considered to be the lord regent during the reign of his son Peter II. But also pulled the strings during the short reign of Catherine I. Menshikov was an extremely well learned and intrigue based individual who would stop at nothing to advance his career by any means necessary. He was however exiled to Siberia for a very foolish display of sitting in the Emperor’s throne during an important ceremony during the Emperor’s absence.

  43. 6 Governing Attributes: (Rated 1-10) (Roll 3d10 at character creation and take average/round down) each provide the following base modifiers to your skills.

  50. Strength: How strong you are, how much you can lift, how much physical damage you deal. Governs Martial Actions/Leadership in Combat. Also effects intimidation checks, and your ability to interact physically with the environment.
  51. Constitution: How resilient you are to the cruel Russian continental winter, your resistance to disease, your ability to heal from injuries, your focus, and your pain tolerance before going into shock.
  52. Agility: How fast, sneaky, and dexterous you are. How well you react to incoming attacks, and your ability to dodge, and reduce damage comes from this. It also helps to be dexterous when performing sneak and thievery actions.
  53. Charisma: How good at social situations you are. This determines disposition checks with NPCs, and also determines how well you react to intense social situations. The ability to make friends and allies, and governs Social actions. The arts of persuasion, coercion, bluffing, and reputation gain are affected by this attribute.
  54. Intelligence: How smart you are, your ability of complex problem solving, and critical thinking. The ability to succeed in checks in science, mathematics, engineering, and certain liberal arts. Your ability to learn and comprehend languages comes from this. If you have high or low intelligence, it can either aid or reduce your ability to communicate with people in their language/dialect.
  55. Intuition: Your common sense, and the ability to determine when you are in a situation that would seem dangerous or aware of possible dangers. Intuition also governs your ability to sense motive, and scheme, also functions like plotting, or other methods of intrigue coexist with Charisma and Intelligence. Your ability to avoid dangerous situations and your mental health are also affected by this.
