  1. >Ever since you taught your Gardevoir to read, she took great interest in mythology
  2. >Your constant outings to libraries and books stores would always end with her schlepping back stack of mythos, and history books back to your home
  3. >She was always engrossed in the myths of various regions, Sinnoh in particular
  4. >Months before the adversary when the two of you first met, she asked in writing if you could travel to Sinnoh together
  5. >You didn't see a problem with that, and your certainly had the money to spare.
  6. >The only problem was, was that she was insistent on visiting a small isolated village in the mountains.
  7. >The very same day you arrived, she desperately wanted to go on a hike up one of the mountains outside of the village, and badgered you to come with her, despite the jet lag you were experiencing.
  8. >But you went with her anyway.
  9. >It took you a few hours to reach the top of the mountain, where you decided to rest momentarily before heading back down.
  10. >At the summit, a few hunt feet bellow tree line where, there were a few pillars and what looks like a ruined arch.
  11. >you're too jet lagged and hungry to even care, though your Gardevoir seem thrilled that you both made it to the summit
  12. >"Hmmmm... Gar..."
  13. >Your Gardevoir has been climbing on the pillars and moving the stones for the past fifteen minutes now.
  14. Gardie, we should probably head back down, it's going to get dark soon.
  15. >"Gar!"
  16. Okay, okay, jeez, we'll stay for a few more minutes.
  17. >What the hell is so special about this mountain anyway?
  18. >The forest is too thick to walk through, and all of the Pokemon are too timid to show themselves, hell the view isn't even that great. You wouldn't even have heard about this place, had your Gard not dragged you up here.
  19. >"AH! Gardevoir!!"
  20. >Someone sounds happy.
  21. You find something love?
  22. >A bright light from behind your makes your shadow grow darker
  23. Gardie?
  24. >You turn around and are immediately blinded by a burning green light.
  25. >You can barely make out the silhouette of your Gardevoir against the light.
  26. >The light which she is walking toward
  27. Gardevoir stop!
  28. >She doesn't listen.
  29. >It's too bright to keep your eyes open any longer, you have no choice but to shield your eyes and wait.
  30. >Slowly the light beings to dim to the point where your can open your eyes again. Only now you can barely make anything out.
  31. >Crawling on your hands and knees you desperately look for your beloved Gardevoir.
  32. Gardevoir! Gardie, are you there!?
  33. >You jump slightly as you hit your head against a pair of knees.
  34. >Oh thank god someone's here to help.
  35. Hello!? P-please, I need your help, a- a light, my Gardevoir- sh-she's gone! Please I can't find her!!
  36. >You reach out and grab the hem of the persons skirt.
  37. Please! You have to help, I can barely see anything!
  38. >"M-Master?"
  39. >The woman in front of you gasps slightly.
  40. >Master?
  41. >No. No, there's no way...
  42. >You rub your eyes for several seconds and open them again,
  43. >Looking up you can barely make out the figure of a slender woman, wearing a long flowing dress.
  44. >Kneeling down, the woman cups your face and gives you a teary smile.
  45. >Her bright red eyes and green hair leaves no doubt.
  46. >"I-I've waited so long to say that... "
