First thing you should obviously do, is the training. It is helpful, rather easy, and walks you through most of everything you need to do. After that, it is recommended that you do the campaign missions first instead of Multiplayer classic. This will help you get some pretty easy and useful unlocks. Most low level people will be doing this instead of classic as well, so you won't get pub stomp as much.

Attrition is your standard team death match. In this mode your score goes up for getting kills. This is not only pilot kills, but also goes for AI.

Capture the Flag should be nothing new if you are a veteran of first person shooters. In this mode there is 2 objectives. Guard the flag in your base and steal the other team's flag.

Hardpoint Domination is kind of like domination of the Call of Duty series. There are 3 control points that must be capture and held by your team. Your score goes up depending on how many points are capture.

Last Titan Standing is a team death match where players start in their titans. You get one titan during the round. The objective of this game mode is to destroy the other teams titans before they destroy yours.

Pilot Hunter is like Attrition. Only difference is that pilot kills are the only thing that makes the score increase.

Burn cards are one time use power-ups. You can have a stock of 30 burn cards and 3 burn cards equipped. They are used until you die or to end of the match, which ever one comes first.

You get points for killing dragons on Boneyard.

Turrets can be hacked and will help you in your battle. They can also be destroy.

In most game modes you will get your titan in the first 2 minutes. Killing pilots and AI will reduce the timer for each kill.

If you find your team falling behind in Attrition, farm AI. They also help your score go up.

Level 50 is the highest level with 10 generations.

Pushing the crouch button while zip-line will make you come to a halt and drop.

You  can wall hang on a wall with your ice pick knife. To do this start a  wall run, then use the aim down sight button to stick your knife into the wall.

You can have up to 5 mines deployed at one time.

Arc grenades can be used for bringing down electric devices such as smart pistol and player's hud.

You can double jump off of a titan's back.

Wall-running makes you build up momentum.

If you time it correctly you can jump off from a wall-run and jump once you hit the ground to carry your momentum for a longer jump.

Electric smoke is great for getting pilots off your back. It also helps getting rid of lock-on.

If a titan throws up their hands that is a sign of a nuclear ejection. Either run away or melee them with a titan to rip the pilot out.

You can use your titan to recover your ammo. Just hop into the titan. It will restore all ammo, including your ordnance weapons.

Atlas is a balance titan. It has 2 dashes and the core ability is a damage upgrade. It deals the most damage.

Orge is a tank titan. It has the most health and deals the most damage and comes with 1 dash. The core ability allows for a greater shield. This titan is unlocked by completing both sides of the campaign.

Stryder is a mobile titan. Carrying 3 dashes and the least armor, this titan is the fastest moving titan in the game. Once core ability is activated it will allow the titan to dash an unlimited amount of times. This titan is unlocked by completing one sides of the campaign.

The titan dome used around the titan once it drops helps protect your titan, it can also damage the other team, so keep this in mind before you rodeo a titan still in the dome.

A lot of new people have trouble with the smart pistol. This guide is how to beat it.
Use movement to your advantage, you can double-jump and wall-run
Don't get caught out in the open
Don't let them catch you from behind
Try and get far away, it has a limited lock-on range
Shoot them first
