  8. bayoneted weapons
  9. would be seen during the flood, and later levels, would come in ma5, BR, and DMR form with said weapons having a bayonet. these weapons would do increased melee damage to hostile targets making them better for close range engagements

  11. ODST MA5 /w launcher
  12. info: would be found only on the last few levels, this would be a tactical weapon found on a few of the remaining ODST soldiers. IT would be a MA5 with an extended mag, supressor, 1.5x scope, and grenade launcher. the down side to it is purely the fact that there would only be 2 or 3 in the game and at this point grenade launcher ammo would likely be rare.

  14. note: these weapons would be placed in areas of obvious battle, where some one lost their life.
  15. example location idea, the maw, location armory: when the player enters to fight the cloaked combat forms tehy will find a dead odst in one corner with this weapon near them, around them would be several elite blood stains but no elites(infected forms). though a few dead grunts will be found near by one with a 2% charge remaining voids tear. This shows the ODST's last stand vs a covenant squad in wich they likely locked down the armory.

  19. info: more or less a skin for the ma5, the assault BR would be a scopless BR, with a bayonet, and suppressor that fires in full auto, allowing you to swap between single and burst by pressing the scope key.

  24. ammo: 200 per belt, 400 max
  25. effective against: flood/flesh
  26. use: the m247 is a large weapon designed for use as a mounted turret, though it can be hand held it is highly advised not to do so. The reason for this is simple the recoil will knock a marine over if not used in short bursts, and even a spartain will have problems keeping the thing on target. That said it is great for sending large groups running.
  27. location note: would be rare, as there is few places the marines would have set them up. that said the player would probibly find a marine or two trying to free hand them.
  28. example location, the flood, marine group after elevator: upon arriving the player would find a makeshift armory that has a few good weapon and armor enhancement choices, as well as a single m247 which has been removed from its stand and laid against the wall. this would be the only time the player can find a full ammo one.
  29. Marine AI note: marines will fire in 3-8 shot bursts with moderate accuracy, they also hip fire they would also hip fire the weapon.

  39. weapon role: LMG suppression (something both sides lack at the moment)
  40. ammo: 500 rounds before drain
  41. effective against: shields/flood
  42. heat function: the more heat the weapon has the faster it fires and the more damage it deals, but at a cost of high heat causing a plasma bleed lowering accuracy and if sustained hurting the users shields. weapon does not "overheat"
