[21:04]<EchoesOfDeath>	Only the moans and thumps reached the ponies inside the well barricated book store. Well fed and supplied, the ponies were prepared for the days that would come, at least for now.
[21:06]<EchoesOfDeath>	The end of that day was marked by a loud thump coming from the second floor as a sobering earth pony tried to leave her resting spot and realized something was missing.
[21:08]<EchoesOfDeath>	A loud gasp. Sugar's eyes widened in terror and confusion.
[21:09]?	Backlash steadied Sugar as she attempted to rise. "Sugar..."
[21:11]?	SwiftHurddle metaly makes the connection of what is happening and stuffs his face deeper in his track jacket which served as his pillow to hide himself from the horror of the ponies realization of what her life had cost her.
[21:14]<EchoesOfDeath>	"My leg?! No. Where is..." She tears up, looking at Backlash. "Who are... I remember you? No." She leans away "What is happening?!"
[21:16]?	Backlash looks to Perch and fights for words. "You've been out a long time, you were very sick..."
[21:20]<EchoesOfDeath>	Perch trots closer and holds Sugar. "I am sorry. It's as she says..."
[21:21]?	Backlash stands close, not wanting to interfere with the friends, but not wanting to abandon them either.
[21:26]<EchoesOfDeath>	"You were very ill, your leg was too infected... we had no choice..." Perch strokes her mane.
[21:26]<EchoesOfDeath>	"...but... my leg.." Sugar whimpers.
[21:27]?	SwiftHurddle sighs and moves down to the basment to trot in place and do some jumping hooves.
[21:28]<Backlash>	"There're ways ta fix it, I'm pretty sure... I don't wanna talk out my rear end, but there's gotta be somethin' out there for ya."
[21:28]?	SwiftHurddle stops at the top of the steps and turns about to go looking for Cambiance
[21:29]?	Cambiance sighs as she fiddles with her machete in the library entryway.
[21:31]?	SwiftHurddle nocks a hoof on the book shelf nearest her, "Hey Cambiance... um, hows it going?"
[21:32]?	Junette looks over at sugar "you could get a replacement, I hear they make them out of plastic now"
[21:32]?	Cambiance looks up.  "Oh, hey.  Fine as it could be, I guess.  You?"
[21:33]?	SwiftHurddle kicks a hoof, "Frustrated, was wondering if you could help"
[21:34]?	Backlash gives Junette a strained look.
[21:34]?	Junette looks at Backlash "what? no plastic?"
[21:34]<Cambiance>	"Sure.  I'd be glad to help.  What do you need?"
[21:36]?	SwiftHurddle nods towards the basment. "I was hoping to do a work out or something, not really feeling like a run around the block at the moment but without going anywhere its hard to get in the groof. Think you can help me out with some tunes? If we play them in the basment I doubt they could hear it on the street"
[21:36]<EchoesOfDeath>	"...that's... good." Sugar says, without much enthusiasm, still staring at her stump
[21:38]?	Junette looks at the stump and whistles to draw attention away from her as she sits down her beak in a book
[21:38]?	Cambiance smiles wistfully.  "I wish I could.  I didn't take that music player I found at Rosebee's.  Although, could I work out with you, actually?  I think it would be good to get some... ah, muscle on me.  If I can."
[21:40]?	SwiftHurddle lifts his head, "Ummm, sure. we could do that if you like. A work out partner sounds nice to"
[21:40]?	Backlash tentatively rests a hoof on Sugar's back. "We'll find somethin'. I'll look for it 'til I die. Promise."
[21:42]<Cambiance>	"Sorry for springing this on you.  I've just felt kinda... weak lately.  Even with magic, I want to be able to handle myself physically."
[21:44]?	SwiftHurddle smiles, "Well I dont know about all that but I do know that phisical activity helps me think. You seem plenty strong to me but I guess a bit more muscle never hurt anypony".
[21:44]<Cambiance>	"Thanks.  I appreciate it."
[21:45]?	SwiftHurddle nods, "alright then lets get downstairs then. have any idea what you want to work on? we can talk about it while we stretch"

[21:46]<Cambiance>	"I'll just.. follow what you do.  I don't know too much about working out."
[21:48]?	SwiftHurddle leads the way, "Alright then, im sure you will get the hang of it, though its a shame about the music. wish there was something we could do about it. Still will be nice to have some company for my workout"
[21:48]?	Star_Spotter moves up to Sugar and smiles lightly. "Well, there is a bright side to this, we did save your life."
[21:48]<Cambiance>	"Sorry.  I just... didn't feel comfortable taking it.  Not to mention we kinda left unexpectedly..."
[21:49]<EchoesOfDeath>	Sugar looks at Backlash. "Can you really?"
[21:51]?	SwiftHurddle nods as he arrives downstairs, tossing his jacket to the side and starting with some basic stretches. "No kidding! I thought we were gonners for sure when that thing flew through the window like that".
[21:51]?	`Backlash nods seriously.
[21:53]<EchoesOfDeath>	"That is... something." Sugar manages a weak smile. "Thanks."
[21:54]?	SwiftHurddle groans a bit as he pushes his forhooves forward as far as he could and stetches his back as much as possible, flank in the air. "We have been pretty lucky so far, just hope it holds up"
[21:54]?	`Backlash smiles tiredly back. "You're lucky ta be alive, y'know... If it weren't for Mint, I dunno what mighta happened."
[21:55]?	Cambiance copies Swift once more.  "Yeah.  It's been... tense.  When do you think things will get better?"
[21:57]?	Star_Spotter smiles. "You're welcome. And I have a contact for substitute limbs."
[21:57]<EchoesOfDeath>	Mint smiles a bit. "I am just glad you are alive."
[21:57]?	SwiftHurddle glances to be sure Cambiance is following along as he bends a back leg before alternating to the other. "Honestly? I dont know, I have just been going and going. I tried to sort of think on things while you guys were gone but... its beyond me I think, no clue whats going to happen next"
[21:58]<EchoesOfDeath>	Mint looks at Star_Spotter. "Where do we find them?"
[21:59]<Cambiance>	"Yeah..."  Cambiance scrunches her face.  "Sometimes I feel like it's better to... not think about that stuff.  Or the future.  It gets too stressful.
[21:59]<Star_Spotter>	"At their house more than likely, or another stronghold near there." She smiles. "It shouldn't be too hard, but for now we can try to use other things." She says happily. "We also got medications for your to help reduce pain."
[22:00]?	SwiftHurddle places his rear hooves down and wiggles his flank in the air, "Ya, but then again if your not looking where your going when your out for a run its a good bet your going to run into something sooner or later",
[22:00]?	SwiftHurddle watches to see if she follows along
[22:01]<EchoesOfDeath>	"... I had a dream where General Firefly was running after me, and I was glazed donut." Sugar says
[22:02]?	Cambiance glares playfully at Swift.  "I'm a DJ in a club.  I'm not that oblivious."
[22:02]?	Star_Spotter blinks. "That's quite odd I suppose." She says before looking around. "Meanwhile I suggest trying to keep as fit as you can and distracting yourself with books."
[22:03]<EchoesOfDeath>	"But what about the shop?" Sugar asks. "Who is going to work on it?"
[22:03]<Star_Spotter>	"Shop?"
[22:04]?	`Backlash 's ears droop. "Uh, Star, I don't think she's seen yet..."
[22:04]?	SwiftHurddle blushes and chuckles as he turns his muzzle back around to look ahead as he returns to real stretches, "Yes, ummm, well, heh. Right.... cant blame a Stalion for trying?"
[22:05]?	Cambiance continues her assault.  "So that's why you wanted the music.  You wanted to drink a poor, defenseless mare into shaking her flank around for you.  Why I never."
[22:06]<EchoesOfDeath>	Minty clears her throat. "Well, the store is closed these last few days, yolu don't have to worry."
[22:08]?	SwiftHurddle buries his face in the floor, "No! no, no, no, certainly not. Just trying to lighten the mood with a joke?"
[22:08]?	Cambiance grins.  "I know.  I'm just giving you a hard time."
[22:09]?	SwiftHurddle falls over
[22:10]?	SwiftHurddle "You!... ugh, you had me going", chuckles nervously
[22:11]<Cambiance>	"Don't worry.  I'm not that uptight.  Like I said, I work in clubs."
[22:13]?	SwiftHurddle rubs his face with his forhooves as he continues to chuckle, "Still, sort of lame of me. City overrun by canibles and here I am trying to get you to shake your flank in the basment of a book store. Man am I smooth, do I know how to show a mare a good time or what?"
[22:13]<Backlash>	"Yeah. We got more important things ta do, like rest."
[22:14]?	Junette sighs and gets up starting to do something that looked quite a bit like Pony Chi, of Pony Chi involved flips and rakeing the air with her talons.
[22:14]?	Cambiance smiles lightly.  "No worries.  I can understand the sentiment.  It's been... stressful lately.  You can just ask me next time~."
[22:16]?	Star_Spotter sighs and trots out, moving down stairs to go check things out with her students
[22:17]<EchoesOfDeath>	Rosebee is on the 2nd floor storage, staring out of a window longingly
[22:17]?	SwiftHurddle blinks, "What?"
[22:19]?	Star_Spotter moves to Rosebee and pets her. "Hey rose."
[22:20]<EchoesOfDeath>	"Oh, hi teacher." Rosebee says.
[22:20]?	Backlash realizes she is alone with the two friends. She bids them a smile goodbye and trots downstairs to look for books.
[22:21]?	Star_Spotter smiles. "Are you okay Rose? Do you want to talk about anything?"
[22:23]<EchoesOfDeath>	"...do you think my mom is okay?" Rosebee asks, still staring out of the window
[22:26]?	Star_Spotter smiles and nods. "I think she is baby. She was far away from all this when it happened. She's probably just as worried for you as you are for her."
[22:27]<EchoesOfDeath>	Rosebee smiles. "I hope she finds us soon."
[22:28]?	Star_Spotter smiles back. "I hope she does too Rose
[22:32]<EchoesOfDeath>	Rosebee sighs. "I miss my mom." She turns to the stairs.
[22:32]?	SwiftHurddle rolls over and stands back up, "ok, so back to the work out"
[22:33]?	Cambiance stands up.  "Sounds good.  What's first?"
[22:33]?	Star_Spotter moves and hugs rosebee. "I'm sorry."
[22:33]?	SwiftHurddle smiles, "Jumping hooves, I usually do quite a few reps but we can start out slow if you like"
[22:34]<Cambiance>	"I'll... try out your speed, I guess.  See what I can do.  Hehe."
[22:35]?	SwiftHurddle "If you insist"
[22:35]?	SwiftHurddle starts exerciseing
[22:35]<EchoesOfDeath>	Rosebee hugs Star_Spotter. "It's okay, our friends are here."
[22:36]?	Cambiance tries (and fails) to keep up with Swift.
[22:36]<Cambiance>	"How... *wheeze* do you do this?"
[22:37]?	SwiftHurddle slows and glances back to Cambiance, "Ummm, strick training regime I guess. You ok? we can take a break"
[22:37]<Cambiance>	"Could we... slow down?  Maybe?"
[22:40]?	Star_Spotter nods happily. "And that's good." She says
[22:41]<EchoesOfDeath>	"I'm gonna get a muffin." Rosebee smiles and trots downstairs
[22:41]?	Star_Spotter nods to her. "I'm going to check on the others." she says, looking for Junette
[22:41]?	SwiftHurddle stops and nods, "Sure sure, actually lets break for a bit and get you some water or something, ok?
[22:42]<Cambiance>	"I'm not that infirm.  I can keep going."
[22:42]?	Junette is balanced on one hand while her hind legs are spread up in a Y shape when Star_Spotter walks in, her eyes are closed
[22:43]?	Star_Spotter blinks. "Heya."
[22:44]?	SwiftHurddle nods, "ok then, some push ups then"
[22:44]?	Cambiance drops to the floor.  "Yessir."
[22:45]?	Cambiance starts a push up, but her hooves slip out from under her, and she falls.
[22:45]<Cambiance>	"Ow... That's... I promise that doesn't usually happen."
[22:45]?	Junette makes no move and Star can now see she might be sleeping
[22:45]?	Star_Spotter moves and pokes Junette
[22:46]?	Junette squeaks and falls onto her face
[22:46]?	SwiftHurddle stands and trots over Cambiance looking down, offering a hoof he smiles. "And that is our que for a break, and this time I mean it ok?"
[22:47]?	Star_Spotter giggles lightly. "Are you alright?"
[22:47]?	Cambiance takes Swift's hoof.  "Oh fine then."
[22:47]<EchoesOfDeath>	Meanwhile, Raven is writing, among the book shelves
[22:49]?	Junette nods her face red in embarrassment.
[22:49]?	SwiftHurddle helps her up and leads her upstairs, "Working out is fun and good for you so long as you take it at a pace you can handel, I tried pushing myself to far once and trust me when I say that is a headache you dont need, especially now"
[22:49]?	Star_Spotter hugs Junette lightly
[22:50]?	Cambiance goes up the stairs.  "Yeah, I see your point.  Thanks for helping me out."
[22:51]?	Junette smiles softly and hugs Star_Spotter back still blushing hotly
[22:51]<Star_Spotter>	"Are you doing okay?"
[22:53]?	SwiftHurddle grins, "no prob, thanks for spending time with me"
[22:53]<Cambiance>	"Anytime.  So... how do you think Rosebee and Raven are doing?  I haven't seen them in a bit."
[22:55]<EchoesOfDeath>	Rosebee is at the coffee shop, fiddling with the oven.  Rosebee is writing by the bookshelves
[22:56]?	Cambiance walks over to the first Rosebee.  "Hey, how are you doing?"
[23:04]<EchoesOfDeath>	"Hungry. Do you want a muffin?" She says, waiting by the oven
[23:04]?	Cambiance smiles.  "I would love a muffin.  Thanks."
