New staff guidlines

                                 List of commands for New Monostaff

/roompoll - brings up a new poll

/poll display - see the current poll results

/tour create tier,elimination - to create a new tour based of the tier

/tour getusers - find out how many ppl are left in the tour

/tour autodq time- sets an auto disqualify time for the tournament

/tour autostart time - starts the tour in the time specified


                                  Conduct

+ Just be respectful to fellow staffmates and ppl in the room

+ If you have any problems, ask a staff member around you

+ if you gave a problem with a specific staff member report it to staff of & rank or higher

+Tours should start with a minimum of 4 users (or else there will be no bucks as a prize) but we encourage that you wait until at least 8 users are in the tour before you start

+ Polls should be ended with 5 or more votes

+Tours in the MONOTYPE room are always MONOTYPE which means the team must share one common type.

+ If you see a tour that hasnt started yet, try to find out if it is a special tour or not, if it isnt a special tour and it have over the preferred minimum amount of users (8) then start. If it is a special tour then await further instructions or join the tour yourself if you want to win bucks or tht special prize.

+ Work Hard and you will be rewarded with promotion. Never as for a promotion as it may hinder your chances of getting promoted and sometimes may even get you demoted. If you havent been promoted yet and you have been working hard, more than likely staff is trying to make space for you to join
