The following contract refers to COGNITIVE shares which are traded in the web service that is available at domain glbse.com and is called "Global Bitcoin Stock Exchange" or "GLBSE".

CONTENT OF THE CONTRACT

1. piotr_n will transfer 100 of COGNITIVE shares from his own GLBSE account to GLBSE account held by Garr255. The reception of these shares shall be confirmed by Garr255 via a message signed with his PGP key. After the process of transferring the shares is complete, the shares shall be excluded from the active COGNITIVE assets that are traded at GLBSE.

2. The 100 inactive shares will be entitled to the same per-share dividend as the assets which are active at GLBSE. The dividends for these shares though, shall be paid outside GLBSE system, via regular Bitcoin transactions, each of which shall be sent to the following Bitcoin address: 1EAqmSo4D7ctwuoCUiWSezwCRqLrXDqWde
The dividends shall be paid monthly, on the last dividend day of each month.

3. piotr_n has a right to request to re-activate all of the 100 shares. Such a request shall contain the GLBSE destination account name to which the shares will be sent. The request shall be executed within 7 days from the reception of the message, unless a further delay would be justified  by a common sense (i.e. holiday, sickness). The request shall be signed with the PGP key that belongs to piotr_n and the signature must be verified  by Garr255 for its correctness – otherwise the request shall not be executed by Garr255.

The contract will be signed electronically using the parties' bitcoin-OTC PGP keys.
