Hi All

As you are aware it is Armistice Day therefore at 11am for those of you that wish to observe the 2 minutes silence you can do so. However, you will need to make your customer aware of this and ask if they wish to join you.

There will be a message on the IVR to notify customers beforehand.

If your customer does not want to do this, then continue your call as quietly as possible.
