1:11 PM - skein,?: Seems like there is abit of favouritism going on here, you're letting members from the opposing team explain there point of views on the certain rounds, but not us. We've all watched the demos from jamba and wise's pov and from the calls he has done nothing sus at all. All 5 of us remembering jamba and setzer in a main who called one close squeeky he just started spraying the only corner he could possibly be sat in.
1:12 PM - skein,?: You can see he went squeeky door EVERY SINGLE round on t side. And was spamming angles due to noise he could hear them making on site.
1:19 PM - skein,?: Forget the obvious bias in this situation. The facts are that we paid to partake in a tournament and now we are being refused what we paid for. Under consumer protection laws in australia, if a good or service is not provided then a refund, a repair or another product has to be provided. Considering you may refuse to let us participate in this tournament, we will need a refund. Failure to provide this will result in a file to the nearest small claims court in which we will discuss this matter with a legally proficient mediator. Keep in mind that you will have to pay the fees for the claim if you lose.
