- Courier
- Weapon rules: No rules, however prefereed weapons of choice are pistols (revolvers especially), rifles(non-auto) and shotguns
- Armor rules:
- - Courier's duster (the Independent variant) and Desperado cowboy hat
- - Optionally the set above can be used with sunglasses of any kind, just make sure they don't clip through the duster and hat in any possible way
- - Until you get the duster use the Vault 21 jumpsuit given by Doc Mitchell, or it's Armored variant available through the console, if you really feel like you need it
- Special/skills: - S.P.E.C.I.A.L.: 10 Luck and 5 in everything else
- - Skills rules: Guns prefereed (for the weapon types described above) but other than that, no restrictions
- Perks/traits rules:
- - No traits
- - The Lonesome Road perk(see below on how to get it)
- Food/drugs/healing rules:
- Companion rules:
- - No companions
- - You may temporarily have one until you complete his or her quest, but that's about that
- - The Lonesome Road's ED-E has to be left in his pod in Ulysses' Temple (required to obtain the Lonesome Road perk, makes stopping the missile launch impossible)
- Gameplay rules:
- - Your character name has to be Courier
- - Keep your reputation neutral with the NCR, Caesar's Legion and the Strip(at least until you complete the Lonesome Road)
- Required mods: No required mods.
- Difficulty rules:
- Completion rules:
- - Everything must be completed, all DLCs, all the side quests you can get your hands on etc.
- - Start the Lonesome Road once you reach level 25(or earlier, if you're able to take on the challenge) as your first DLC, then all the other ones
- - The main story path has to be Independent Vegas
