To be admitted into the Stormtroopers (ST) division, one must:

1) Have progressed at least to the rank of Lieutenant in the main division,
2) Request and pass an assessment of their competence from any ST member of the rank Troop Major or above - should one fail their assessment, they may only attempt again when it is deemed by [WHOMEVER] that they have visibly improved, and
3) Take an oath of loyalty after passing the assessment.

These requirements may be changed at any time by the effective Head of Stormtroopers, and will apply until specified otherwise.
