Physical Description: A Male human stands before you at an oddly small height of 5’7. Despite this appearance, they appear to be a fully grown adult. They are donned in the attire of an orange sweater, opened and unzipped most of the time. Under it is a black T-Shirt, with a Cartoon-y Skeleton drawn on it, the eyes are both covered by x’s, seemingly it was printed with this on, their pants are trackpants, with three stripes down the sides, and the footwear they wear is sneakers, taking a brown color.  Their ‘voice’ seems to emit from somewhere else, if they are not speaking with their mouth. Their accent is thick, and scottish, and they do sound like a mature adult. Their eyes take on a bright purple color, their hair being red, and somewhat messy.


Special Abilities (If Has any):


Telepath basic: A Basic ability, and trade off, they are able to entirely communicate, crisply and cleanly through speaking through their mind. This ability isn’t affected by ‘Mental barricades’


Telepath stun: The Way this works is mostly it involves words, images, or other information they gathered. This is effected by powerful ‘Mental barricades’ however minor/Medium ones won’t stop it. Typically, this overloads the victim with information, images, or just words. The Typical effect is akin to making the user dizzy, and give a flashbang effect if there’s enough force behind it. Typically, they’ll hear the users ‘Voice’ or several others knocking around during this time period. Non-Lethal.




Mask thought: A Fun fact I forgot to mention is that they are pretty much an open book, of images, colors, and words. They can be read if someone tries hard enough, however they can just flatten and grey their thoughts. During this Time period, Telepath stun is rendered useless.








Physical tree:


Stage One Energy focus: They can focus a sort of bodily energy into a concentrated form, in stage one it comes out as purple, chain lighting, emitting from the wrist down of their hand. In terms of damage, it is akin to a Taser hitting in more powerful areas. It’s Non-Lethal, despite any amount of exposure


Stage two Energy focus: This comes out as orange chain lighting, this lighting itself can be activated instantly, akin to stage one. This Lighting has a Burning effect, able to burn skin and bypass insulators of electricity. The Burns in question are first-degree.


Stage three Energy focus: This requires five seconds of concentration, but then can be used at will. The Bolts in question are fired in red, electric bolts, hitting with the kinetic energy of a 5.56 Rifle round, with the penetration of armor of a .50 Browning Machine Gun. On Contact with skin, it delivers Third  degree burns


Stage four energy focus [LOCKED OUT]: THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO DO THIS. Under Great stress, anger, etc, they are able to produce lighting taking a blue hue, this is actual lighting. Meaning it’s hotter than the sun. Doing this takes ten seconds of focus, and using all previous forms of Energy focus to build up on it. Once unlocked, they cannot do this normally. In order to unlock it they must of used each previous power to an extreme amount. This could also be unlocked if they managed to kill ten people with varying ways. (Note: 10 NLR’s = One kill on this scale. )
