(4:29:10 PM) ***Spark_Plug inhails deeply too calm herself, "Ok... We need a plan..."
(4:30:20 PM) GreenBankGM: When we last left our intrepid band of misfits, Beanbag had just recieved the key from the injured and (probably) real Open while the whole lot was trying to figure out the best course of action in the wake of the (probably) Overmare's message.  Our scene opens....
(4:31:16 PM) ***Spark_Plug inhails deeply too calm herself, "Ok... We need a plan..."
(4:31:35 PM) ***Cold_Fusion was oddly calm considering all of the details. "We have a plan."
(4:32:01 PM) Spark_Plug: "Oh really? then you tell me this plan mister smarty pants."
(4:32:02 PM) ***Zenith nods in agreement with Cold_Fusion
(4:32:24 PM) Zenith: "We were just talking about it. Maybe if you'd pay attention you'd know..."
(4:32:42 PM) ***Beanbag nods "Agreed, we need a base. Form a defensive perimenter around the door. Use tables for cover."
(4:33:24 PM) Beanbag: "Wait what? Would you please tell us your plan?"
(4:33:28 PM) ***Redmend starts to move a table to the door.
(4:33:29 PM) Zenith: "We're in a section of the stable with the only medical care we're likely to get and you want to leave? Are you insane?"
(4:33:30 PM) ***Spark_Plug nods, "We need bigger guns... there /HAS/ to be some stuff here we can build weapons out of."
(4:33:35 PM) Cold_Fusion: "We  equip ourselves as best we can. Make our way to the armory. Preferably while keeping the clinic secure. Once we've done that. We find a means of identify changelings."
(4:34:39 PM) Beanbag: "That's...what I had in mind too."
(4:34:42 PM) ***Spark_Plug starts helping fortify, "We also need a way to figure out who these changlings are."
(4:35:12 PM) Beanbag: "I also want to see if we can vent the reactor. Maybe we can kill some xhangelings with that."
(4:35:33 PM) ***Spark_Plug nods, "Yeah... that could work."
(4:35:34 PM) ***Cold_Fusion sighs. "Why would you want to vent the reactor and more importantly where?"
(4:35:54 PM) Spark_Plug: "Into their nest... that place where we first encountered them."
(4:35:59 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Engineering pony here." She waved.
(4:36:31 PM) Beanbag: "Can we do that remotely?"
(4:36:34 PM) Cold_Fusion: "You mean into the water treatment area?"
(4:37:02 PM) ***Spark_Plug nods, "We also need more ponies we can trust to protect the Clinic while we do all this... where would Ponies go if they were scared?"
(4:37:56 PM) Beanbag: "Into the dorms I guess. The security station is an option too, but that one's empty safe for a pony who I think is a changeling
(4:37:59 PM) Beanbag: ."
(4:38:01 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Once we get a means of determining who are changelings and who aren't we can do that. You've also got to realize someponies might be sympathetic to the creatures."
(4:38:20 PM) Beanbag: "Why ould they be?"
(4:38:30 PM) Cold_Fusion: "hello chemical mindcontrol."
(4:39:11 PM) ***Cold_Fusion gently waves the counter measure they made. "We definitely want to introduce this to the water supply and then trigger the fire supression system."
(4:39:17 PM) Beanbag: "They can do that?!"
(4:39:54 PM) Zenith: "Were you not paying attention at all to Spark_Plug earlier?"
(4:40:23 PM) Beanbag: "No, I was busy fighting a changeling."
(4:40:33 PM) Zenith: "She was kind of loud and hard to ignore."
(4:40:35 PM) Spark_Plug: "Same."
(4:40:52 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Right..."
(4:41:00 PM) Spark_Plug: "I was trying to break the weird mind control thingy she had over me."
(4:41:09 PM) Beanbag: "Anyway. How are the denfenses looking?"
(4:41:18 PM) ***Cold_Fusion rolls her eyes. "and How do you suppose she did that?"
(4:41:28 PM) ***Spark_Plug shivers, helping barricade the doors.
(4:41:36 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Anyway...so far our objectives."
(4:41:43 PM) Spark_Plug: "I... I don't know honestly..."
(4:42:37 PM) ***Spark_Plug thinks... "Are there any flamible gases in like tanks or something in here?"
(4:42:41 PM) Zenith: "Armory, finding things to turn into defenses in here, finding a way to discover hidden changelings, find...I don't know what to call them...survivors?"
(4:42:44 PM) Cold_Fusion: "fortify the clinic, secure a means of identifying changelings, get to the armory, Get to the water treatment and then to fire supression system."
(4:43:02 PM) ***Cold_Fusion nodded smiling to Zenith. "You've got it nicely."
(4:43:08 PM) Beanbag: "Sounds like a decent plan."
(4:43:37 PM) Spark_Plug: "survivors sounds about right."
(4:44:03 PM) Cold_Fusion: "So...the big question is the order we do this, and who we send on each."
(4:44:14 PM) ***Spark_Plug inhails slowly, "An guys... there is one other option..."
(4:44:34 PM) Spark_Plug: "I'll go, Beanbag can stay here and keep the fort held down."
(4:44:47 PM) Zenith: "Spark and Beanbag are in security...they should handle the armory..."
(4:45:08 PM) Zenith: "Um, Cold...is there anything in here you think we could turn into um...defenses?"
(4:45:12 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Well it'd be nice to have somepony that knows what they're doing with a weapon..."
(4:45:18 PM) Zenith: "You're the most mechanically inclined..."
(4:45:19 PM) ***Cold_Fusion looked about. "hmm..."
(4:45:20 PM) Spark_Plug: "No, we need somepony here to guard you all."
(4:45:21 PM) GreenBankGM: Two Tone and the intern bustle around behind the talking ponies; there's too much for them to do to really contribute at the moment.
(4:45:30 PM) ***Zenith fidgets "I know how to handle Magical energy weapons..."
(4:45:42 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Could probably turn some of the medical gear into something...is that a surgicial laser?"
(4:45:43 PM) Beanbag: "Anypony know how to swing a baton?"
(4:45:54 PM) Zenith: "My mom...made sure I knew..."
(4:46:20 PM) Cold_Fusion: "well...all my mom taught me was how to talk my way out of trouble..."
(4:46:29 PM) ***Spark_Plug looks between Zenith and Cold_Fusion, "Who's better at healing ponies?"
(4:46:41 PM) GreenBankGM: The intern stops, overhearing Cold_Fusion.  She nods, "It is, yes."
(4:46:49 PM) ***Cold_Fusion pointed to Zenith. "ENGINEERING PONY HERE."
(4:47:08 PM) ***Cold_Fusion trotted over to the machine. "I think I can make something with this."
(4:47:09 PM) Zenith: "I work in the clinic..."
(4:47:25 PM) Zenith: "Do...you really need to have me tell you that?"
(4:47:42 PM) Spark_Plug: "Your with me then Cold." She sighs, "So...  ever have any play fights or anything?"
(4:47:46 PM) ***Beanbag follows Cold_Fusion. "Maybe I can help with that."
(4:47:49 PM) Spark_Plug: "ever?"
(4:48:04 PM) GreenBankGM: She frowns, "Make what out of it?  Hey, don't touch that!"
(4:48:22 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Make something to allow someponies to defend themselves with."
(4:48:24 PM) ***Spark_Plug sighs and checks the hall way, Gun drawn and at the ready.
(4:48:36 PM) Beanbag: "We need weapons and currently that laser is our best bet."
(4:48:43 PM) ***Redmend puts another table up as a barricade.
(4:49:15 PM) GreenBankGM: "It's a surgical laser!  I mean, sure, you could make it into a weapon but it's the only one we have!"
(4:49:30 PM) Spark_Plug: "Can it cut through flesh?"
(4:49:41 PM) Beanbag: "So? I don't see any mare in need of a surgery right now."
(4:49:41 PM) ***Cold_Fusion sighed. "We can machine up something in engineering after this to replace it."
(4:50:35 PM) GreenBankGM: "Or put it back together when you're finished," she grumps, "And maybe you'd like to check the ER then, officer?  Half those mares look about ready to split open...."
(4:51:04 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Well you know...you could do things old school...Scaples?"
(4:51:12 PM) ***Beanbag sighs "That's why I never got pregant."
(4:51:20 PM) ***Spark_Plug nods, "That sounds good."
(4:51:54 PM) ***Spark_Plug snorts, "we all might be ifwe don't pull this off Bean."
(4:52:09 PM) ***Cold_Fusion took off the panel of the laser and took a look at all the componenets inside it labeling them down and documenting their positions before setting about taking it apart.
(4:52:17 PM) ***Redmend looks at the laser. "Does anyone of you even remotely know, how to use such a thing?"
(4:52:34 PM) Spark_Plug: "Press the red button?"
(4:52:54 PM) Beanbag: "Point and shoot?"
(4:52:55 PM) ***Spark_Plug picks up a scapel and slips it into her pocket.
(4:53:00 PM) ***Redmend facehoofs. "That is not a simple gun!"
(4:53:10 PM) ***Beanbag also picks up a scalpel and hides it in her barding
(4:53:18 PM) Cold_Fusion: "The only pony I'm going to trust with this thing."
(4:53:24 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Is Zenith."
(4:53:43 PM) ***Star_Light stirs from her sleep, falling off the bed she was currently on and to the ground with an 'oof'.
(4:53:45 PM) ***GreenBankGM sighs, "It isn't that simple... take it, they'll probably split open on their own.... but I'm going to hold you two *she points a hoof at Cold and Zenith* responsible for this."
(4:53:46 PM) ***Zenith eeps and points at herself squeaking out "Me?"
(4:53:49 PM) Cold_Fusion: "She knows how to use medical technology and she knows high energy tools."
(4:54:02 PM) Zenith: "What did I do?!"
(4:54:20 PM) ***Spark_Plug shrugs, "Ok, I'll stick my bullet guns rather then your fancy science guns."
(4:54:33 PM) Redmend: "I know that aswell."
(4:54:37 PM) GreenBankGM: "You're levelheaded Nurse Zenith, I expect you to keep them in line."
(4:54:41 PM) Cold_Fusion: "First let me put the thing togeather."
(4:55:02 PM) ***Zenith squeaks
(4:55:05 PM) GreenBankGM: "There's a toolkit in the supply closet you can use.  I've got to go back to helping Dr. Doll."
(4:55:45 PM) ***Cold_Fusion nodded and trotted over to get the toolkit. "You know you can't fault her dedication. Stable under a changeling invasion she keeps doing her job."
(4:56:08 PM) ***Star_Light sits down and looks around, having no clue where she was or how she got there. Not that it bothered her, it was a common thing for her to wake up to.
(4:56:37 PM) GreenBankGM: "That's because we need her now more then ever.  Excuse me," the pegasus says before vanishing down the hallway
(4:57:06 PM) Spark_Plug: "So... about that cure..." She sighs, "I'm guessing if they can control our minds and stuff... they may send some other ponies at us instead of their own kind... Is there any way to make traq darts or something... just in case?"
(4:57:16 PM) ***Cold_Fusion trots back with the Tool kit.
(4:58:51 PM) Beanbag: "And could base an identification chem on that cure?"
(4:59:41 PM) ***Spark_Plug really doesn't wanna shoot some of her fellow officers...
(5:00:22 PM) Cold_Fusion: "You know an alternative solution would be just rush on past them."
(5:00:30 PM) ***Zenith looks at Cold_Fusion
(5:00:53 PM) ***Spark_Plug is toatlyy cool with killing changlings, their just bugs... just big and pony shaped...
(5:02:35 PM) Beanbag: "Ok. Spark, pack some healing supplies if you gonna head to the armory."
(5:02:37 PM) ***Cold_Fusion animates the tool kit failing the first time out of nervousness.
(5:04:21 PM) ***Spark_Plug nods and walks towards the supply cabinet, takeing some healing potions and... whatever other drugs GreenBankGM will let have access too.
(5:05:51 PM) ***Star_Light walks out to where the others are, cocking her head and looking lost.
(5:06:58 PM) ***Cold_Fusion using her newly animated tool kit she directs it quietly. "alright." She takes a deep breath. "Remove that access panel set it to pulse..." She continued muttering bits of laser science that Godna would be MORE then happy to share if you like :3
(5:07:27 PM) GreenBankGM: Spark_Plug finds a kit with five health potions, two doses of Med-X, and a package with five Mint-Als.
(5:07:55 PM) ***Spark_Plug takes /ALL/ the drugs.
(5:08:11 PM) GreenBankGM: She gets all the drugs
(5:08:34 PM) ***Spark_Plug ... not now of course shes not that dumb, she just puts them in her saddle bag.
(5:08:57 PM) Star_Light: "Um.. what's going on..?"
(5:10:02 PM) ***Beanbag turns to Star_Light "And who are you?"
(5:10:38 PM) Spark_Plug: "Stupid bug ponies trying to kill and/or enslave, murder, and rape us all."
(5:10:51 PM) ***Star_Light looks to Beanbag, opening her mouth before closing it and looking to her pipbuck. "I.. I'm Star Light."
(5:10:53 PM) ***Redmend huffs, sits in a corner and reads the Big Book of Science.
(5:10:58 PM) ***Cold_Fusion finishes putting togeather what she hoped would work.
(5:11:29 PM) Beanbag: "Oh, it's you. Stay away from the meds and chems."
(5:12:08 PM) Star_Light: "Meds? Chems?" She looks around the room, her eyes lighting up slightly, "I'm here again!"
(5:12:45 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Well...I've made something...for now."
(5:12:49 PM) GreenBankGM: Cold_Fusion's cursed toolkit helps her make quick work of the surgical laser, turning it into a pile of usable components.  Now, what kind of laser weapon is she going to make?
(5:14:58 PM) ***Cold_Fusion made a simple burst laser rifle. Which was a simple modifcation and should do minimal damage to the components.
(5:15:37 PM) ***Star_Light starts slowly sneaking over to one of the supply cabniets.
(5:15:55 PM) ***Spark_Plug goes over and give's Star_Light a pat on the head, "Yes you are, and thanks for saveing my flank down there..."
(5:16:50 PM) ***Beanbag sighs "Alright then. Are you ready?"
(5:16:58 PM) ***Zenith trots over and locks the supply cabinets. All of them.
(5:17:04 PM) ***Star_Light looks at Spark_Plug at the pat on the head, "Huh? Oh, it was nothing! Now.. excuse me, I'm trying to get some Med-X..." She starts 'sneaking' towards the cabinet again.
(5:17:15 PM) ***Zenith knows about Star_Light's habits.
(5:17:47 PM) ***Spark_Plug puts her hoof on Star_Light's tail, "Sorry Star, can't let you do that."
(5:18:38 PM) ***Star_Light keeps trying to 'sneak' anyways. "Oh come on.. just oneee.."
(5:19:08 PM) ***Zenith wonders if she even knows the cabinets are locked...
(5:19:27 PM) ***Spark_Plug picks her up in TKL and shakes her head, "Nope, not until we smash all the mean bugs."
(5:20:24 PM) ***Star_Light slackens as she's lifted, letting out a little whine. "I already helped smash bugs.."
(5:20:59 PM) Spark_Plug: "There are more of them, big stupid meany bugs like the that... spat acid all ove my face..."
(5:21:58 PM) Star_Light: "But I'll be better when I have some Med-X..." She looks longingly at the cabinets.
(5:22:01 PM) Beanbag: "And they threaten this Stable's security."
(5:22:13 PM) ***Spark_Plug sniffs a little, she used to be a good looking mare... she hopes one of the medical ponies can restore her face when this is over... maybe Zenith could do it... but she should focus now.
(5:22:15 PM) Beanbag: "And no Med-X for you Star_Light."
(5:22:45 PM) ***Cold_Fusion trotted over to Zenith. "Here I can trust you not to break this...or shoot anypony that doesn't deserve it."
(5:22:49 PM) Star_Light: "Come on.. pleaseeeeeee?"
(5:23:24 PM) ***Spark_Plug shakes her head, "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeelll..." she smiles, "maybe if you helped me get to the armory I might be able to help you." She winks at Star_Light.
(5:23:38 PM) ***Zenith blinks and fidgets "A-are you sure I'm the best choice? I haven't really practice in a while and I'm kind of rusty...and I don't like hurting things...it's why I do what I do..."
(5:24:20 PM) ***Star_Light sighs heavily, "Fine."
(5:24:27 PM) ***Beanbag glares at Spark_Plug for a second, but then goes to check on Cold_Fusion "How's the weapon coming along?"
(5:24:48 PM) ***Cold_Fusion looked to the other ponies. "well...we've a druggie, a psycho, a teacher, you, and whatever Beanbag is."
(5:25:02 PM) ***Cold_Fusion looked over to Beanbag. "I said I'd finished."
(5:25:26 PM) ***Spark_Plug puts her down, she was lieing to Star_Light, which made her feel bad, but... she was the only other pony besides Beanbag who could fight.
(5:25:44 PM) ***Zenith fidgets nervously and takes the rifle like she's handling a venomous snake
(5:26:06 PM) ***Star_Light 'harumphs' a bit, sitting down on the floor and waiting.
(5:26:25 PM) Beanbag: "I'm a security officer!"
(5:26:51 PM) ***Redmend looks up to Zenith. "If you want, I could also take that ting, Zenith."
(5:27:09 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Means you're already equipped then."
(5:27:10 PM) ***Spark_Plug hugs her, "Don't worry, their just stupid bugs!, Well squish um dead right Star?"
(5:27:41 PM) Beanbag: "Yeah. I'll stay here and keep watch."
(5:27:58 PM) ***Spark_Plug stands up, "Right... Got any more of that Cure stuff?"
(5:28:13 PM) Spark_Plug: "Just in case we get... infected again."
(5:28:22 PM) ***Star_Light continues sitting.. she was currently in a room that could potentially have all the Med-X she'd ever need, and was being denied even just one shot.
(5:28:35 PM) Cold_Fusion: "plenty."
(5:31:23 PM) ***Spark_Plug nods, "We should bring some with us, just in case..." she looks at the floor, "I-I really don't want one to get me and make me hurt you guys..."
(5:32:24 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Well it took some time for the effects to kick in so you should be fine..." She looked over. "so whos going on the armory run again?"
(5:32:52 PM) ***Star_Light shakes her head a bit befiore raising a hoof.
(5:33:00 PM) ***Spark_Plug raises her hoof.
(5:34:03 PM) ***Cold_Fusion sighs. "I should tag along. worst comes to worse I can teleport one of you and myself out of trouble...not to mention if that key proves to be a fake...well I can get in anyway."
(5:34:13 PM) Spark_Plug: "Oh... uh... by the way. There any tanks in here that have flamible gas?"
(5:34:39 PM) Spark_Plug: "I got an idea."
(5:35:20 PM) Beanbag: "What kind of idea?"
(5:35:28 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Probably oxygen, but please run your idea through a sane pony first?"
(5:35:46 PM) GreenBankGM: Two Tone passes by with a carton of plasma on her back
(5:35:53 PM) Spark_Plug: "Maybe we could make a flamethrower..." she smiles evily, rubbing her hooves together.
(5:36:17 PM) Cold_Fusion: "...is it to late to change my mind about going along?"
(5:36:23 PM) ***Cold_Fusion backs away.
(5:36:38 PM) Spark_Plug: "Or some bombs, incase we run into a big group of them."
(5:36:59 PM) GreenBankGM: Two Tone: "Absolutely not!  You can take all the health supplies you need, you can have the laser, but we NEED the oxygen!"
(5:37:08 PM) Cold_Fusion: "Well...just going to say here....oh thank celestia."
(5:37:33 PM) Cold_Fusion: "I was just going to say since we might be meeting infected ponies...I would not want to blow up or...burn them to death..."
(5:37:54 PM) ***Spark_Plug sighs, "Ok... can I borrow a Thick metal sheet then?"
(5:38:19 PM) GreenBankGM: "This is a hospital, not a scrap yard."
(5:39:21 PM) Spark_Plug: "A bed pan, something meatl, I need something to sheild my face, if you haven't noticed, I have acid burns from the last time I fought one of these things."
(5:39:42 PM) ***Beanbag takes off her helmet "Here, take my helmet."
(5:40:43 PM) ***Spark_Plug blinks, Oh... uh... wow thanks Bean." She puts it on a pulls the visor down, "And watch out... you don't wanna get hit in the face with this stuff."
