Baroness De Fleur: Banned out of fear of it being tier 0.
Contact "C": Banned for it crippling some decks. While some decks can play around it, it’s too restrictive and forces decks to have extra deck monsters just in case it shows up. It as made in a time when every deck had Link monsters to remove it and punished decks that didn’t run at least one Link.
Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon: Banned for being extremely powerful and generic.
Darklord Ixchel: Banned to keep Darklords in check.
Darklord Superbia: Banned to keep Darklords in check.
Eldlich The Golden Lord: Banned to stop Eldlich from being played at all.
Ehther The Heavenly Monarch: Banned to keep Monarchs in check.
Flundereeze x Empen: Banned to keep Flundereeze in check.
Flundereeze x Snowl: Banned to keep Flundereeze in check.
Mo Ye, the Xiangjian Swordmaster: Banned to stop Xiangjian from being tier 0.
Nekroz of Unicore: Banne to keep Nekroz in check.
Subterror Guru: Banned to keep Subterror in check.
Utimate Conductor Tyranno: Banned to stop main deck only dino.
Zoroa, the Magistus Daimon: Banned for being a easy to summon Skill drain for opponent’s synchros. Migth consider moving to limited.

Intercept Wave: Banned for being a strong anti-syncro card. Currently reevaluating and might unban.
Meteonis Drytron: Banned to keep Drytron in check.
Mystic Mine: Banned for being Mystic Mine.
Pantheism of The Monarchs: Banned to keep Monarchs in check.
Pot of Extravagance: Banned for giving all decks that avoid synchro summoning an advantage over synchro decks.
Pot of Prosperity: Banned for giving all decks that avoid synchro summoning an advantage over synchro decks.
Soundproofed: Banned for giving all decks that avoid synchro summoning an advantage over synchro decks.
Synchro Control: Banned for giving all decks that avoid synchro summoning an advantage over synchro decks.

Discord: Banned for giving all decks that avoid synchro summoning an advantage over synchro decks.
Dimensional Barrier: Banned for being an extremely unfair anti syncro card. Even with negates, total lock out from the extra deck without cost is too risky for the format.
Forbidden Apocrypha: Banned for being a powerful anti-synch card. Unlike Get Out or Brutal Beast Battle, it is not limited to just 2 monsters nor will it leave just one monster on the field. Both Get Out and Brutal Beast Battle already fill the same role so Forbidden Apocrypha giving a deck 9 chances for easy mass synchro removal is unnecessarily redundant.
Grisaille Prison: Banned for giving all decks that avoid synchro summoning an advantage over synchro decks.
Pinpoint Dash: Due to both players having Synchro monsters 100% of the time, it is a free summon from the extra deck while milling a monster from your opponent’s extra deck.
Stygian Dirge: Due to the changes of levels, this can essentially lock out some decks from proper synchro without any cost. Both Gnomes and Yokai are more versatile so they have been freed instead of Dirge.
Tuner's Scheme: Banned for being able to easily and freely steal a monster without restrictions to its ability to attack or use effects.  In contrast, Crackdown, Borreload, Mind Control, and any other card that steals a monster either has restrictions or difficult requirements. While Tuner's Scheme has a requirement, in this format, the requirement is much easier to fill and are almost guarantee to happen as soon as it is set.

1 Adamancipator Researcher: Limited to stop Adamancipator from being tier 0 without killing the whole deck.
1 Clear Wing Synchro Dragon: Limited to stop Clear Wing from dominating the format.  While powerful, it is not powerful enough to warrant a full ban like Crystal Wing.
1 Djinn Cursenchanter of Rituals: Limited for being a powerful anti-synchro card. Due to Djinn more or less being abandoned in general, it being limited to ritual decks, and it not being too hard to play around with other types of removal, it was limited instead of banned.
1 Junk Speeder: Fuck man, where do I even start? Due to fears of Speeder’s potential, calls for its ban have been happening since day one. It wasn’t until the unbanning of Level Eater being unbaned did I finally cave and ban it. Strong pushback has led it to be limited to one at the moment, and I don’t see it changing.
1 Nekroz of Trishula: Limited to keep Nekroz in check.

1 Dreamland: Limited for being able to control the levels of your opponent’s monsters.

1 Mischief of The Gnomes: Due to the changes of levels, this can essentially lock out some decks from proper synchro without any cost.  They pose the most threat on turn one and with both Gnomes and Yokai being unsearchable having them at 1 makes them appearing turn one unlikely.

1 Tri-and-Guess: One guy was afraid of Nurse burn OTK with this thing. I just limited it to 1 instead of a ban to keep Nurse burn viable, but force it to work for the other 5000 points of damage.

1 Dandylion: It was banned due to Link shenanigans with the tokens. It was at 1 before Links, so it can be at 1 again.
1 Denglong First of The Yang Zing: From what I can tell, it was banned for combos that are impossible in this format. It will be limited to just 1 for the things it can still do.

1 Soul Charge: It was banned because of its interaction with Links. There are no Links, so it can be at 1 like it was before.

3 Blackwing - Gofu the Vague Shadow: Banned because of Links. There are no more Links, so back to 3.

3 Danger!? Jackalope?: Without Link or Xyz monsters, it can only be an easy to summon monster for synchro material.

3 Grinder Golem: It was banned because of Links. There are no more Links, so back to 3.
3 Ib The World Chalice Justiciar: All the World Legacy decks have lost a lot of power in this format. The options for her are much more limited now.
3 Infernity Archfiend: In a world without links, I was asked to bump this one from 1 to 3.
3 Jet Synchron: Look at that, no more Link monsters.
3 Level Eater: It was at 3 before Links, so I’ve begrudgingly have unbanned it again.
3 Lunalight Tiger: There are no Xyz monsters, so it can be free. Besides, is anyone really going to use Lunalights for synchro plays? I’d like to see them try. Really.
3 Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion: No more Link monsters.
3 Orcust Harp Horror: Orcust lost everything in their extra deck, all they can do is act as a dark Syncho engine.
3 Phantom Skyblaster: No Links. That simple.

3 Sky Striker - Mobilize Engage: No Links. Sky Strikers can now only act as some kind of engine to support synchros, but does anyone waifu Raye hard enough to even try?
