Architect

NPC: The Architect
- Moves in by gaining all NPCs
- Offers several options for construction, deconstruction, and terraforming.
	- Sells Blueprints
		- Blueprints can be customly created by the player in a window that the Architect provides.
		- Also comes with various settings for pre-made structures such as basic houses or elaborate structures.
		- Blueprints are priced based on the amount of blocks in a grid used, possibly a copper coin per five or so.
	- Sells and Assembles Vehicle Parts
		- Vehicle parts are, obviously, to make vehicles.
		- Aside from the normal vehicle parts, he also sells parts such as drills, boosters, etc.
		- He can also upgrade certain points with a payment of a small amount of cash and materials.
		- In another window provided, the player can assemble the vehicle.
		- The price is totaled around a base construction fee and whatever addons the player provides.

	- DECONSTRUCTION
		- Placing 4 markers on the map, you can allow the Architect to create a quarry that destroys blocks.
		- The cost is based on the width and height of the specified boundries with the markers.
		- You may also add to the cost to upgrade it.
		- Before he begins, he will ask for a price.
		- Markers are buyable from the Architect for fairly cheap.
		- After given the neccessary payment, the Architect will begin constructing a frame.
		- The frame will occupy the middle layer, the same as Wooden Beams.
		- Frame is built above the highest solid block, with the vertical supports extending to the lowest.
		- A drill will be built, and will sweep horizontally as it destroys blocks.
		- After completion, the frame will automatically destroy itself.
		- Advantage: Fast and easy terraforming, makes flat travel or creation of hellevators much easier.
		- Disadvantage: You do not get whatever is broken.

	- Appearance is up in the air, but a robot or something else would be interesting.

Other NPC suggestions:
	- Nurse sells potions, slowly incrememnting based on in-game progression
	- Demolitionist or Arms Dealer sells incendiary and/or explosive ammunition.
	- New NPC to sell weapons (or Tinkerer can)?
