  43. You cannot and will not outrun a bad diet. Focus on counting your calories and do cardio for the health benefits. Do NOT expect to lose weight by doing cardio and not changing you diet at all. You might gain weight instead if you don't watch it. Cardio makes people hungry as fuck.
