  1. Tiamat is standing in front of a large table in her lair, an enormous map of Gaia laid out upon it. Hundreds of little figures are laid across its surface, each at different parts of the globe - there are carved, wooden zombies placed on the Outer Continent, especially near Black Mage Village, and dotting the countryside around the Mist Continent - very near to Dali and Gizamaluke's Grotto, though Treno seems entirely clear. A more humanoid figure stands with the grouping near Gizamaluke's, but its features are rather indistinct. Hordes of sea creature tokens are positioned near port towns - Madain Sari, Esto Gaza, even the dock areas of Lindblum and Alexandria, as well as Lesetira Port. In the main cities proper, there are a number of different figures - in Esto Gaza, wooden figures on Tonberries. In Alexandria, ones representing Zidane, Steiner, Garnet, Beatrix, airships. In Burmecia, countless dragon knights, along with Freya and Fratley. In Lindblum, the Regent, Eiko, Eiko's various eidolons, Tantalus. More fleets. In Treno, the largest grouping - the Ark, Ammy, Noah, Cait, Nat, Theta, Myrina, Lenore, Renegade, Blade, Eden, and several generic 'witch' figures, along with... some sort of golem figurines. In Madain Sari, Amarant, Lani, and countless ? tokens representing the unknown. In each city, worldwide, a candle is placed as well. The only one lit seems to be within Burmecia, at the moment.

  3. She hrms and haws, looking over the map, nudging pieces around here and there. She doesn't seem happy about the odds. The Fiend orbs encircle her, though Maliris is the only one that seems to comment much, saying that Treno seems pretty damn well defended. Tiamat's about to respond, but a loud crash and a rumbling of the earth interrupts her. Gritting her teeth, she leaves her post for one short moment to peek outside, then sighs, coming back in and moving Burmecia's knights and ships on the map to Vile Island. A siege has begun.
