I like the theme, however you are missing some required elements.

Structure:
Your structure requires depth to rank up. To do this use multiple layers, and detail them with fence, stairs, slabs, etc. Additionally, if you aren't planning on added a much needed roof, build an interior (rooms with furniture and such).

Terrain:
Terrain is required to rank up. This means that you need hills or mountains or something along those lines. When building it, try to make it look as natural as possible. To make it look realistic, smooth it to get rid of the edges.

Trees/Organics:
Trees are required to rank up, but bonemealed trees will not help. When making your custom tree remember to keep it proportional. This means that the leaves shouldn't be to big for the trunk and the trunk shouldn't be to big for the leaves.

Side notes:
You have a lot of empty space that could use some filling! :D
