For those of you who want to tryout to become an Admin, thank you for reading this and filling it in to the fullest.

With that said, making this app does not ensure a position in the Admin Team. My idea is that we recruit around 2-3 people, probably 2.
You will start as the lowest level Admin, meaning you'll be trained in how the verbs work, and you'll be asked to reward people.
During this period you will be tested, meaning, we'll keep an eye on how you react to the player base, how you handle the rewards and verbs, etcetra.
No, you're not thrown in the Open. Pachirisu will help you aswell and will be ready for any question you might have.

Have you been an Admin before: Yes
-If yes, how much experience do you have: I was Head Admin Along with Shade Genkai. I was admin for roughly 20 wipes and contributed to each one of them in my own way. From running events, to simply moderating the roleplay.
-If no, are you sure you can handle being an Admin:
Do you know the rules about RP (RolePlaying): Yes.
Do you know alot about the Game's System/Gameplay, or enough to help someone: I'm very well versed with the system.

Now follows a few 'Situations' that may, or may not, occur while you're an Admin:

Two players are fighting over OOC, they are yelling at each other, generally being a bad sight.
The players seem harmful and the chance that they will bring this to IC is big, aswell as the chance that one, or both of them, will quit.
How will you act?

This situation can be resolved in two ways. I personally would rather sit with them both and attempt to work it out. See if there is a way to resolve the problem without much hassle. If they're persistent and continue to argue and take it to IC. Well, they deserve a time out. At this point, they'd both receive a mute.

If the situation continues after the mutes length. A Day long ban too cool off.


Someone is new to RP, he requires help. There is no other Admin available except you and you, being an Admin, are forced to help them.
How will you do this?

Firstly, Those new to RP always find it encouraging to read a few examples of roleplays done by other players on the server. As staff, it'd be my duty to show them. Perhaps have them observe a session before giving a demonstration myself. I'd work with them daily until they got the grasp of it. I like to see those who are new flourish.


The person you try to help with RP isn't really understanding what you're saying, they keep talking without using brackets, they use the RP verb to talk, etcetra.
How will you progress this and how will you act? And how would you resolve this problem?
-Not everyone will grasp this straight away. Roleplaying is complex, even for those of us who have been doing it for a while. It's best to keep a calm head. If they're not understanding you, maybe you're not being clear enough? I myself would continue to try and explain. Demonstrate what they have to do. Give examples and once again. Refer them to how the roleplaying session he over watched was.

Someone is bashing or trolling you, trying to make you feel horrible. They say you're abusive, they say you're inexperienced. They do all they can to make you get hurt, they even try to have you abuse your powers on them.
How would you act?
- Ignore the situation. If the player is being this disrespectful, it's down to them. I myself try to rise above it. Allowing other staff to deal with it how they see fit. Naturally. I keep logs of all of the things like this. Just in case i need a ruling.


Someone needs help with In-game info, perhaps rules, perhaps with the system that we currently have (Ex: Roll Sytem).
You, at the moment, do not have an answer for them.
How will you resolve this problem?
- I'd contact another admin VIA skype. Simply because I tend to have a lot of the admins on my skype already. IE. Insid, Pink and Shade.

I'd apologize to the player and make sure i could get back to them ASAP.



One of your best friends in game has applied for a Rank, but gosh their Application doesn't make any sense, or is just not good enough.
Someone else also applied for the Rank, someone you personally may not know, or may not even like.
How would you deal with this?

I don't show BIAS. When it comes to the game, I don't have friends. Everyone is an equal and all will be treated like equals. If in total, the other application is better. Well? You better believe that person is getting the rank applied for. I would however give my friend tips to improve on their next application.


Someone is talking over OOC, he or she is using a chat subject that someone, or some people, do not like.
This person says that it's the internet, and if they didn't like the subject they can turn OOC off.
The person/people that didn't like the subject start a fight with them.
How will you handle this?
- For me? This is a warning and then an automatic mute if persistent.
