Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts on MechWarrior Online. We understand that changes to the game can create disagreement between members of our community and the evolving vision of our developers, and we’re certainly reading your feedback.

As you have requested a refund to your Legendary Founders Package, we would like to reiterate our commitment to content that you have purchased:

-4 exclusive Founder's BattleMechs, which you have received.
- 20,000 MC ($80 value) which has been applied to your account.
-Three-months of Premium Time, which has been applied to your account.
-A Founder's Tag which has been applied in-game and on the forums.
-Early Access to the Closed Beta, which was granted but has since ended.
-Your player name in the official credits for MechWarrior Online, which have been slated for the Official Launch on September 17, 2013.

Your account shows a number of games played. We’re pleased that MechWarrior Online has delivered at least some entertainment value through this free-to-play experience. While we appreciate that you disagree with the direction and timeline of game features, please remember that MechWarrior Online is a living product that will change throughout time, as described in our Terms of Use. For your reference, "We may, from time to time at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, create, amend, change, or delete any content from the IGP Offerings." In addition, "All fees and other charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable.”

In closing, some players feel as though they had been participating in a crowd-sourced investment opportunity, similar to a Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign. We’re sorry to players who feel this way; we have not claimed that players were purchasing anything other than early access to our Closed Beta and some great exclusive content.
