+Montsegur: and I assumed you still wanted offensive lanturn, which you should be running specs with

+Montsegur: Malamar runs a rest talk set the best so I switched it up to that
LNS3: ya offensive lanturn for the water switch ins against megalix
+Montsegur: steelix was fine, except I switched rock slide from fire fang because you wanna hit mantine
+Montsegur: you still outspeed with the spread I gave you, except now you are more powerful and have more bulk
+Montsegur: Granbull is better off being defensive
+Montsegur: CB is cool, but it is sub par for a defensive set
+Montsegur: Xatu is better off using CM if you wanna go offensive

+Montsegur: in general as far as spin goes, Cryogonal and Kabutops are the best ones
+Montsegur: I would probably recommend switch Torkoal out for Cryogonal
+Montsegur: as your team right now is pretty weak to ground types
+Montsegur: and that would remove it and give you another immunity to ground

+Montsegur: If you find yourself having trouble against faster teams, I would try replacing either Cryogonal or Xatu with a choice scarf mon, atm it has a bulky offense sort of feel and seems pretty good
